No feelings, just a robot and makes promises and more promises, but never happens. I am handicapped now because of the surgeon he sent me to.

Wow, I thought I was the only one..Dr. Cole sent me to the best spine surgeon in the NW and the only one in the world he would go to. I am now handicapped and will be having surgeries for the rest of my life. The surgeon didn't have a clue and was totally butchered and found out many more just like me. can u say kick back to his friend? I trusted Dr. Cole, and he betrayed my trust

Dr. Cole gave me a cortisone injection which did NOTHING (although he had promised it would make me want to dance again!).. he had asked me at my first visit "Where does it hurt?" so I had gestured to the area of my lower back. When I told him at follow up visit after the injection, that the pain was just as bad, he said "well, where specifically does it hurt? I gave you the last injection in the spot you gestured to". WHAT? He never said "please be specific when you point to the pain, that's where I will inject you". I had two more injections, both failures. I then decided to give him a pass.

I agree with the other poor ratings of Dr. Cole. This man should not be practicing. He is the most rude person I have ever encountered in the medical field. When he asks questions, he only expects you to answer yes or no, and if you go into detail to describe the problem, like you would and should with any other doctor, he gets very angry and cuts you off and rudely says, "just answer the question." Horrible "bed-side" manner. It's as if he hates you for no reason, and he simply comes across as evil, like he is happy that you are in pain and happy to not help, yet still charges you outrageous amounts of money for absolutely Nothing! I wonder if this guy is a fraud, because he certainly acts like one. After numerous questions and an MRI, he came in and said, "well, you don't need an operation. There's nothing I can do for you." Even if I did supposedly need an operation, I would never have him operate on me! He did not help me at all and only offered pain pills.

I was told that Dr. Cole is the best for Spine problem! What a lie! At my first visit, his behavior seemed normal but later for no reason (that I am aware of), his behavior was changed, so strange as if I have done something and he wanted to revenge!!!! When he did the injection in my spine at the hospital, I right away, lost the ability to stand my leg get numb and still is When I went to see him after this injection he took only ONE minute and without examining my back and leg ask me how I am? an when I started to explain to him that my leg is numb, he stopped me and told me "just tell me if your pain is better than before the injection” and when I said yes (to the pain) he walked out and said see you next visit! When my employers and I tried to get statement from his office they did not reply and return phone calls, which caused losing my job. My leg ,all the way to my toes, is still numb after more than 2 years. DON’T go to him. He is a monster not a physician

Promises you the "moon" ie: "I promise you I will get to the bottom of this. I know I can help you" I will take responsability and be the gatekeeper and make sure all doctors are coordinated. I was so happy I thought I had foung my Dr. House what a joke he does not deliver. Could care less what happens to you. Never even had staff call after he sent me to specialists to find out what happened. Then would not allow transfer to another physician in the practice that was recommended by a Physical Therapist. I only saw the man twice over a yr ago so not an established pt with him and he would not allow the transfer from bellevue to kirkland office.

DR Cole was very polite and thorough. I was nervous about a corticosteroid injection but he was patient and explained it very well. He had gone over my chart and talked to my Chiropractor before seeing me because the Dr I always saw was on leave. I was very comfortable with him in his office and at the hospital.

I met Dr. Cole when he had a student with him. The first visit - very agreeable, helpful, offered to do assist with several items I asked for. After the first visit - the student was gone and Dr. Cole was a bit cold, somewhat snappy, and difficult to have my questions answered. He sent me back to my previous Dr. for the initial items we had agreed on. In the end, I felt not important to Dr. Cole for reasons I do not understand. I ended up not returning to his office after just a few visits.
