what an unbelievabley rude and unprofessional staff---would not refer my worst enemy there let alone someone facing cancer-----the md could also use sensitivity training and supportive positive responses to young females facing a recent cancer diagnosis

Dr. Greenwald is very knowledgeable and I have no issues with him at all. However, I find his staff to be RUDE RUDE RUDE. When you call for an appointment and heaven-forbid ask for something special (i.e. earlier appointment) they are RUDE. My last visit there, I forgot to get an insurance referral and the lady basically rolled her eyes at me when I tried calling my family doc to get one & they weren't answering. REALLY??? This is how you treat CANCER patients? Dr. Greenwald you are great but please train your staff to be polite & empathetic.

Dr. Greenwald goes beyond the science of medicine to motivate the patient's own curative powers. This something we have experienced first hand. He makes it work.
