prescribed meds not relavant or needed. makes you wait long time in waiting room. staff won't give you receipt for visit for fsa. not recomend at all

I have been going to this doctor for a year now. I think she is great and understanding. I had some health issues she suggested that I change the way that I eat. I feel great.

Do not spend your money at this place. Unfortunately this Doctor is all about her weight loss products and SculpSure . Very expensive treatments with no results.

I currently am employed in the area and work with the CSB, I met w/ Dr. Bataille with one of my clients. She is very rude and does not understand mental health and how affects individuals mood. She wanted to argue with me about what I said to my one of my consumer and not once did she apologized for the hour wait nor was she sensitive to my client's level of functioning. I noticed that she only check my client heart and talked to her back the entire visit. She is very stern however rude and only is in it for the money. This doctor will be sued soon if she does not change her poor bedside manner. I am meeting with her partner next week we will see how his bedside manner it. I have been working w/ this person for years now and not once did she consult with me to get a little history on this client. Its funny people go into the business for one thing and that is money!! I need to find another doctor for my client asap.!!!

The office staff is great Dr can be very rude at times and they have another dr in there that I have only met once or twice he is very good and I will continue to see him. The only issue I have with this office is the billing I always get bills I have already paid or they charge my insurance double.. My last visit they charged me as if i seen the dr and I seen the assistant is that insurance fraud?

I have been going to this office for about 6 years and I have had nothing but great experience. The Dr and the nurse practitioner are great and the office staff is amazing. There are 2 young ladies that have been there for along time. Lisa is amazing and she will go above and beyond to make sure her patients are tooken care of when I need something done I know she will do it. Wilma takes you back and has a great bed side manner great person to talk to.

I was seen and was very upset I was never explained that I would have to pay over 150$ for some weight loss program till I checked out I think this dr is all about money. The front staff do a amazing job I have never heard a bad statement from any patients waiting about the staff keep up the good work....8-19-2014. B.C.

The staff at this office runs this office every time I have been there it's always the staff who makes the office a great place to be at. I had a appointment at 8:00 and the nurse practiciner was on time and was great 2 weeks before that I had a appointment with dr. Bataille at 930 and wasn't seen till 11am leafless to say she isn't serious about her patients unless they are buying her products... The young lady that took me back was great and the young lady that checked me out was excellent with everything very smart and intelligent and knows her medical information

Absolutely horrible experience with this doctor. Even though we were the first appointment of the day, we still had to wait 30 minutes for her to arrive. Had to wait for every appointment. Dr. does not offer apologies for making patient wait. Very few interpersonal skills with patients. Does not look at patient when talking - too busy typing on her computer. Does not take time to explain results or what new medications are for. Office is understaffed and except for one person - very unprofessional. Will not go back.
