Saw Dr Mullins for my back issues today. When I walked in the door, I was greeted with smiles from all the front desk staff. I like that. A happy office staff is a good reflection on the doctor 😀 I was in excruciating pain. He was so understanding and very knowledgeable about my condition. He gave me options and sent me for further testing. I’ll be seeing him again next week for my results. 👍

Dr. Mullins refused to see me despite a referral from another doctor. Couldn’t be bothered to see me. Unbelievable how arrogant people can be.

Dr. Mullins is the best surgeon I have ever been to. I suffered for years with excruciating back pain, and since his surgery have not had any issues. I highly recommend him to everyone.

I suffered for many years with severe back pain. Dr Mullens did an 8 hour surgery and I have felt great since. I would recommend him to everyone.

Dr Mullins is wonderful. Great bedside manner and on every visit he takes time to explain everything. I would recommend him to anyone because he's THAT GOOD.

One star is the minimal rating; I would have given zero if permitted in order to write a review. Zero because he didn't contribute anything to my case; didn't find an ounce of empathy in his heart to help me; refused to take into account that I've tried all types of alternative therapies and I'm still suffering with a documented and debilitating injury with 8/10 chronic pain that now needs attention and an intervention. I was treated terribly by the administrative staff. They are rude, mean and demeaning. There is zero bedside manner. I was hung up on and put on hold for excessive periods of time when I called. The doctor himself was unresponsive. I'm suffering terribly. There was no reason at all to be treated so horribly by this practice, and despite it all, I was overly polite and nice. I wouldn't recommend him or anyone here. I should have known better than to seek care here because I had heard horrible reviews by others who had the same experience (sadly those reviews are not posted here).

We wanted a second opinion appt. for an disabled veteran experiencing excruciating back pain. We were told someone would call us back and no one did. It took 4 weeks of calling to the office to even get someone to pay attention. The staff would not make an appt. and I made it clear we wanted an impartial opinion based on an appt. and wanted the Dr.'s independent assessment. Instead they delayed and delayed and put us off and we never got the appt. Then after 4 weeks they came back and recommended we go back to the Dr. we had originally. I explained that we didn't want to go back to that Dr. and we wanted a second opinion. They were rude and said they were busy and said that Dr. Mullins said just go back to that Dr. and hung up.

I had PLIF spinal surgery/fusion on L5 S1 performed by Dr. Mullins in July 2013. I was experiencing sharp pinching and sciatic pain as well as instability in my lower back. He is extremely professional in all aspects of his profession and will take time to discuss your options and give you his honest opinion on your issue. His approach is genuine and direct. Surgery was my only option in order to correct my problem. It has been a year and I have no pain in my back; stability has been restored as well. I highly recommend Dr. Mullins for any issues that you are experiencing with your back.
