Dr. Carames is ok if it is simple. His nursing staff is absolutely the worst, especially the "ARNP's". They are a waste of time, discourteous and totally unprofessional. You're better off going to an urgent care office.

I like the doctor's personality, but he doesn't know much about newer illnesses like Fibromyalgia or thyroid problems beyond TSH issues. His staff is the worst! They tell you they are making a referral and never do. They take days to do refills. It is too bad because the doctor and the his nurse are pretty good for just regular care. He is a nice guy and doesn't seem rushed.
