I am very happy with this doctor because of her knowledge of what's she is telling the patient.great people skills.Very supportive.encouraging.see's u as a human being and not just making money. I am happy 2 know that she takes her time because she makes sure she's providing each patient with the best medical information. I think if she has the patience 2 provide the best care for each patient, then the patient should have a positive attitude in knowing that this doctor cares, and also remember time frames are different with each patient depending upon what's going on with them.

Dr. Vivero is absolutely wonderful. I wish that I could have found her years ago. She takes her time with me. My husband sees her now as well. We wouldn't dream of going anywhere else.

I can't comment on the actual Doctor, never got to see her. However, when I called to set my appt, I was left on hold for 10 mins then someone else picked up and got my info. I got THREE calls later that day because they got my info wrong, I should have known then. I went today and they had my appt time messed up. I waited 1 hr and finally decided to get up and leave, I don't have all day to be seen for a regular physical. The lady waiting there said she's waited 4 hours before, I have no idea how someone has the patience or time to do that, but I don't.

The Staff was friendly and helpful adn Dr. Vivero is excellent! She is so friendly, yet professional. I took my Mother to her after bad care from a prior Dr. and I feel liek Dr. Vivero really cares and will take the time to help my Mom feel better.

After having a bad experience with another doctor, I was cautious at best about seeing Dr. Vivero. This woman has such a wonderful bedside manner and immediately puts you at east. She takes all the time you need, she listens to you and she explains things to you. She is Fabulous.
