I wiated a long time before seeing him. I wanted skin tags removed and treatment for rosacea. He told me that insurnace never covers removal of skin tags but I could pay him $200 out-of-pocket and he would remove all of them. I only had two. As for my rosacea, he wanted to sell me obagi but didn't prescribe anything. His bedside manner was awful. I went to a different doctor, had my skin tags removed and the cost was covered by insurance, and was given Metrogel for my rosacea.

dr forman & his staff are always very helpful & plesant. they know me by name & are always available to get me in appt's with short notice. i would suggest dr forman to my friends & family. the dr cares about my pain level & truely tries to help with my condition.

I have a blistering condition that is very uncommon. Dr. Forman explained a lot about it and did some biopsies that pruved what it was. It has been very hard to deal with this disease but Dr. F and his staff have been very supportive. I hope someone finds a cure someday.

I did not have a great experience with Dr. Forman. Although he had high reviews on this site, I found him to be rushed, not very informative or caring. I sought his care to check my skin for possible skin cancer moles after being prodded by my wife and family for months. I have watched many programs on a visit such as this. Unlike the Dr's in the videos, he did not look over my body for areas of concern. He asked me to point out what I was worried about. He dismissed most, but since he did not check himself, I forgot about a couple that were a concern. On top of that, he is the expert, not me. His chop job to remove the moles he thought were suspect, left considerable scars. I assumed a dermatologist who performed hundreds of these procedures would leave minimal scarring and provide tips on preventing scaring, but I was incorrect. I felt rushed and slightly embarrassed since there was a women helper in the room. I would not recommend him to a friend.

Awesome all the way around! Kind, and knowledgeable. Excellent experience. The doctor and his staff were very prompt and polite. They all had a great attitude and answered questions. I was in twice: Once to remove a cyst, and the second time to remove the stitches. No problems.

I spent 5 minutes in the wating room, because I filled out all of my "paperwork" online. Dr. Forman biposied two places, one of which was a skin cancer. He removed it at the next appt, and I have not had any problems since. I have taken both of my children for acne and warts and I am trying to get my husband to go to him, too. He is looks young, but he is very charming and bright. He has clean office and a friendly staff.
