I accompanied my husband to his appt with Dr. Forman. First of all, I researched all the reviews on docs in Tampa. This one seemed one of the absolute best. What a disappointment.
First of all, the doc walked in with another young male, didn’t even introduce him or say why he was there, listening in on and examining my husband’s body with the doc. How unprofessional of Dr. Foreman to not say who the heck the guy was! He must’ve thought we were stupid or something.
Then, he says that compared to his other patients, that my husband’s psoriasis is not bad at all. Wow. We took a lot of time and effort going to this appt only bc my husband’s quality of life was going down because of the all over body psoriasis itching. All the doc did was write a feeble Rx’s, and send us on our way.
We will NEVER be back! Beware!!

Was researching dermatologists again and came across the good reviews for Dr. Forman. He may be a nice man, but he put my family through total torment a few years ago. My husband was seeing Dr. Forman for psoriasis. My son and daughter were both having skin issues as well. My daughter went to our family doctor who said he thought she had scabies. My husband told Dr. Forman, who said to bring her in. He refused to "believe" it was scabies because we are a "nice, middle-class family". My son had gone to one of those rock concerts where everyone rubs elbows, standing while watching the band play, which is where I believe the problem originated. Long story short, he treated us (very expensively) for everything under the sun......except scabies....for 7 months. When he announced that he thought the entire family had psoriasis, I called another doctor. We all went to the new doctor, who immediately announced we all had scabies. He gave us a topical treatment and we were all cured within 24 hours. WHILE this was all going on, my husband had another issue. Forman took one look at him and told him he didn't even want to tell him what he thought the problem was......so he wrote a word down on a post-it-note, handed it to him and told him to look it up on line. What he wrote on the paper was such a devastating diagnosis that it scared my husband to the point of saying that if that was what he had, he would not live with it. It turned out to be a boil. Really, Dr. Forman?

The entire staff at Dr Forman's is wonderful. They are cheerful, helpful and really care. Dr. Forman and his PA, Jennifer have cured me of a 5 year skin problem that had been unsuccessfully treated by numerous dermatologists. They are so easy to talk to about our issues, and take plenty of time with the patient. I recommend Dr. Forman, Jennifer and the entire practice. They are the best!

I have been going here for almost 2 years and I couldn't be happier with the staff and Dr. Forman. The entire staff is always helpful, friendly and Dr. Forman actually cares about his patients and doesn't make you feel like you are just a down payment on a boat or house! They go above and beyond. I've been fortunate enough to have never been sick my entire life and without any health issues, until a couple years ago. So, I haven't had much experience with doctors but, I've heard the horror stories. I'm thankful my first experience was with Dr. Forman and his team. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

Dr. Seth B. Forman cares about his patients. His office is immaculate; His office staff is friendly, always greeting me with a smile and truly seem to enjoy their work place. He took his time asking many questions to understand the whole me before treating /prescribing a medication. He sat down, looked me in the eyes, and even asked if I had questions about the diagnosis/treatment. My entire family is comfortable with Dr. Forman. I would highly recommend him to all in the Tampa area.

Great Experience. I went in to see Dr. Forman for a skin condition in which he was able to diagnose right away. My experience started as I walked in the front door and was greeted by the front office staff with a smile. I was then seen by Dr. Forman who came into the room introduced himself and shook my hand. He took the time to sit with me and explain my skin condition and some medicines to try to see if they would help. He is a very knowledgeable dermatologist with great bedside manners, very caring and this is a plus. I would Highly recommend anyone in need of dermatology care to see Dr. Forman.

Without a doubt, the WORST dermatologist I've ever seen. Condescending doesn't even begin to describe this 'doctor'. As I was explaining the reason my visit, Dr. Forman walked over and GRABBED my head, turning it left and right as he dug his fingers into my scalp to look at my skin - because the super bright overhead lighting apparently wasn't enough to get an idea of my needs. This was completely unnecessary and a violation of my personal space. Dr. Forman continuously interrupted me as I was trying to discuss my history and ask questions, and gave me patronizing, blunt answers. He didn't suggest any innovative options for treatment, and he wrote me off when I said birth control made my skin worse (a highly common problem).

BEWARE TO ALL FEMALE PATIENTS: Dr. Forman doesn't believe in hormonal acne, specifically estrogen dominance skin/health problems due to the environment or birth control. If you're looking for a genuinely caring doctor who wants to help you get better skin from the inside out, please look elsewhere. (On the other hand, if you're looking for a drug pusher who will write you an Rx for pretty much anything without caring...you're in luck!)

Dr Forman is the best dermatologist around. He is very smart and he rusk truly cares about his patients. He goes above and beyond just being a doctor. I consider him my friend.

Best Dermatologist ever I have seen. He has treated my daughter for Acne and myself for various skin problems. We recommend him very strongly. I am thankful to my physician for referring me to this Dermatologist.

I didn't see Dr Forman and saw just the nurse because Dr has his own patient and any new one only the nurse could see them, what a rude way in treating patient .they charge me full visit and the nurse guessing my situation.never i go their or recommend anyone .
