I'm not impressed with his office staff
or him!!! He's sarcastic with no personality. His office staff has no clue what's going on and just jokes and laughs. This is my very first time writing a negative comment but I would like to warn others.

Although my visit was in 2013 & I never went back I thought it was important to post this for others to be aware. I visited once & my diagnose was completely wrong. I had gone to this doctor referred from his brother, diagosed me as having lichen planus. I had small blisters on the trunk of my body and when doctor seth saw this he just determined the same as his brother. He never really was too concern to determine what my issue really was. The cream subscribed was some what helpful for the itching, however scarred my body pretty bad. This was in May/Jun of 2013. In Sept 2013 I went to my dentist & was properly diagnosed as having a yeast infection. Simple to take care of and now completely gone. When I was diagosed with the lichen planus I was told I had to live with this & there was no cure. I absolutely feel that patients need to be aware doctors may not be correct in their diagnose & people should not just believe the doctor & take medicine for something they may not have.

His PCA was very rude. They did not refill rx as they were stating they would and force you to come in all the time so they can over bill I've never been treated so badly

I wasn't impressed, to be honest. I was treated by the MD like I was wasting his time. Very dry personality. His Medical assistant was very pleasant and courteous.

Very pleasant and knowledgeable. Staff seems to have been selected for their customer service skills. Always treated nicely and kindly - highly recommended. Having radiation treatment on a nose skin cancer was scary - this physician and his staff had made it much less so. He had now added a super ARNP to his staff.

The staff was very nice, and I saw the physician assistance Lacey, who was also very nice. Dr. Forman came in and found out I use to tan so he told Lacey to do a full body check. How he went about it was a bit of a scare tactic, informing me that females my age get melanoma all the time. I wanted to post that for those who suffer from anxiety or hypochondria, he is not the best personality to come in contact with.

Great experience overall! The staff is friendly and kind and seem as though they actually like their jobs, unlike some drs offices I've been to. Dr. Forman was patient and thorough. He listened and discussed all my concerns. Also the office (inside/outside, furniture, bathrooms, floors, tvs, etc...) is NEW and CLEAN which to me is very important! I would def recommend!

i had an extremely painful dermatology emergency (perioral dermatitis), and the staff was fantastic and caring. they got me in right away, and the wait to be worked in was quite reasonable. dr. forman identified the problem immediately, and explained it thoroughly. knowing that i am uninsured, he went out of his way to provide an rx for antibiotics that i could fill inexpensively, and provided sample tubes of skin cream for the condition, keeping my costs down. i found him to be personable and knowledgeable, as well as funny and kind. while i hope i never need his services again, i wouldn't hesitate to return or recommend him to others.

I was very unimpressed with Dr Forman. I brought my daughter to see him due to acne. He did not take the time to explain anything about her condition, about the medications that he prescribed, or how to use them. His personality was not comforting to my daughter. As soon as we left, my daughter said she was not interested in going back to see him. On the positive side, his staff was indeed very courteous, punctual, and helpful. I would not recommend taking a child to see him.

Dr Forman is probably the BEST doctor I have been treated by in all my 66 years. He is extremely informative and set me at ease immediately. After 7 surgical procedures for Basil Cell Carcinoma I actually look forward to my visits, because he is SO caring and considerate. He made a special trip on his weekend day off to write an antibiotic prescription for a minor infection which I contracted. To top it off, he engages in casual conversations during the procedures; asks about my family, etc. I mentioned that my daughter is on dialysis and we're having a benefit for her. After casually asking her name, he "slipped" a check into my back pocket for a considerable amount of money, which brought tears to my eyes. He is the BEST! I will be a reference for Dr Seth forever!
