As a new patient she got me in the next day. The office is super clean and homey. The staff where all smiles and helpful. She goes beyond what my other MD's have done. I really like her.

I have tried a couple doctors in the Cumming area. She and I just clicked. She approaches me with humor and compassion to help ease my concerns. Her staff are responsive and handle all my referrals and do my blood work in house. She called me on the weekend to go over results I was very worried about. She knew I would want the good news asap. I have been sick for a long time,I've had bad experiences with other Doctors,some just seem like they really don't know what is going on or care it was like they didn't have time to listen to me,I made my first visit with Dr Karnstedt,a few months ago,I am so glad I did,she and her staff are great,she cares about what is going on with me and is trying to find out exactly what it is,she referred me to a great heart Dr,I think she is the best I have told my family and friends about her and her staff

Excellent doctor!! Very helpful in all aspects and personable. She is a doctor that doesn't just believe in treating the issues but getting to the root of the problem. She thinks outside of the box and isn't like any other doctor. Been seeing her for nearly 10 years and never have had a problem with her or she staff. Highly recommended!!

Dr. K spends more time with her patients than any internal medicine doctor I've had experience with in the last 50 years. She's genuinely interested, extremely knowledgeable, thoughtful, and willing to listen. She takes complaints seriously and does a thorough work-up. She's always reassuring and her staff is the most pleasant and helpful that I've encountered. I feel very fortunate to have found her after having an awful, frightening experience with another internist (and his staff) here. Patients rarely have to wait more than a few minutes, and some patients (like me) are concerned that if we post how really great this doctor and her staff are, that she'll be inundated with so many new patients that her time with each would have to be more limited. But, even if that happened, she'd still be the best doc around!

I am a 54 year old male that has not seen a doctor for many years. The staff was very helpful and answered all questions I had with testing and evaluations. The Doctor spent 30 minutes with me one on one explaining all details and answering questions. I have recommended her to my friends and family.

Dr. Karnstedt is fantastic. What I love about her is that she listens to you, takes her time with you, answers your questions and genuinely cares. You never feel rushed out the door. She takes all the time she needs with you. Highly recommend!

Simply the best! My well woman visit consisted of booties on the stirrups, light out above head, heated lamp and warm speculum.....who does that...My Doctor Does! =) Also, was told before I was just depressed when I complained of fatigue and muscle aches....I wasn't and she was the only one to test my vit D levels...I am severely deficient...this causes fatigue and muscle pain....YOU GO GIRL!!!! I love you and Your staff. Simply the BEST!!!
