Dr Kaiser rushed through my consultation. He recommended surgery without discussing other options. Fortunatley, I saw another Dr who was more caring and helped me resolve my pain without surgery. He seemed more worried about displaying his credentials then taking care of me as a patient

Dr. Kaiser saved me from a lifetime of neck pain. I saw Dr. Kaiser after other doctors told me I was destined to suffer from neck pain the rest of my life. He performed a cervical decompression and fusion which left me pain free after it healed. His office nursed me to health and was available when I had concerns (or was outright nervous). I am eternally grateful to Dr. Kaiser and Columbia's Spine Center staff for what they did for me.
