He was like a sloth when we met him. If we had see. Any other ENT my husband would still be alive. He didn’t write that he was there. Gave no instructions to the nurses, and denied ever seeing my husband, under oath! Finally came clean and admitted fault. Sadly, he has passed away, and left this mess for his lawyers to fix....(who btw can’t find any info on his death) court case is done and we did prove malpractice. I wonder how many lives he ruined

Well, its been 5 yrs since i saw Mark Miller in the Surrey office. Ist time I ever saw a Dr. like this in fact.. Condolences to the family by the way. Funny thing is this...Ive been thinking about that Dr lately. He did something to me..lawyer said it was too late...time had elapsed. Anyhow, . My visit has left me scarred and scared for life! I had a bizarre experience during my visit from start to finish. I am afraid to see a Doctor of any kind anymore. I have 0 trust. Dr. Miller shoved that thing (without any explanation or warning) up in thru left nostril ( straight up into the sacred area between our temples and he pierced me, yes pierced with some THING! He quickly withdrew it and shoved it PARTIALLY and quickly into the right nostril...how can you see anything when you put that scope in fast...furthermore, I thought it was just a camera...how did it pierce me and make me bleed? ..he never said a word....as I was swallowing blood, he motioned for me to move to another chair..tossed a kleenex at me and coincidentally took a phonecall Oh, and why on earth was the rude receptionist lurking in the shadows at the back of the room while he did that to me. After all that was over and he was done writing and writing..his demeanor changed into a whole different person. Who was he...really?...and what did he put into my head?

I was saddened to hear that Dr. Mark Miller has passed away. I saw him multiple times and he was the kindest doctor I've ever met. Patient and thorough. I saw a different ENT more recently for a different problem, but was looking forward to returning to Dr. Miller by my request as he was so caring. God Speed Dr. Miller.

Dr. Miller is the best. After visiting with multiple doctors who misdiagnosed me several times and just kept on giving me antibiotics. I went to a new doctor who referred me to specialist dr. Miller. He took one look at my nose and figured I had a deviated septum and gave me all my possible options. After 2 weeks he checked up on me and now im getting a surgery to fix my breathing issues. Dr. Miller is the best!

It was my first time to see a doctor who doesn’t care about his personal hygiene. He got dirty finger nails and his hands smells cigarette. This is a Covid era, why didn’t he use sanitizer or wash his hands before touching my hair and neck. It’s so unfair coz before going inside his check up area, the staff ask the patients to use sanitizer which is good. That was my first horrible experience with a doctor!

Great doctor. Easy access office with ample parking around. Knowledgable and very in depth appointments.

A ray of hope. This is the second ENT I've seen since the first one was useless. Dr. Miller made several suggestions and gave me hope.

Dr. Miller asks appropriate questions and takes his time to write notes and think it over. I was treated with respect, and my issues were taken seriously. He showed some sympathy for my situation as well, while I have found that many doctors nowadays do not. Questions are answered properly and he will explain further if asked.
