I saw Dr. Sim twice, over the course of 2 years .. I think she is in the wrong line of work. She does not seem happy to be where she is, when she is talking to you. I don't know .. She could be the most brilliant physician on the planet.. But it doesn't really matter because she barley talks to you much less look at you. And when she has to touch you, you get the feeling that she wishes she could use salad tongs instead of her hands. Like you're a freakin Leper or something.

Dr Sim is a consummate professional. She checks your diagnostic reports over very carefully to be sure she knows exactly what your body is doing. Any little change and she calls you right in to investigate. She is the real deal and not just a "drive by" doc who only wants to bill out appointments to keep the cash flowing in. She really, truly cares about her patients. For those who have complained about scrips not being handled the way they like--consider that many people doctor shop and look for meds from many different docs. Dr Sim is a sharp cookie--don't try to manipulate her about the scrips as she is trying to make sure they are handled properly and not just peeled out to any and all requestors. This doctor is top notch. If you have problems with the office staff--just try communicating like a mature adult with them and they usually meet you half way. "Seek to understand, rather than to be understood.." They deal with people in pain all day long who treat them poorly.

I took my aunt after an ordeal with another doctor and found Dr. Sim to be a very understanding and caring physician. I was pleased with the service and her overall staff.

I came to Dr. Sim after having another wonderful primary doctor. After spending hours in other waiting rooms, I was looking for a quiet practice. Dr. Sim is quiet and reserved, but I liked her. Her staff personnel, Jill and Debby saw that I received scripts and referrals as needed. Even though I have known her only a few months, now that she has moved to another town, I plan to follow her and remain as one of her patients.

The treatment in this office is completely irresponsible and disrespectful. I didn't get scrips when they were needed and ended up in the emergency room because of it. As well, now that I have a new doctor, it's nearly been impossible to get my files transferred. To date, they have not been.
