Doctor was late and it seemed her time was more important. Time is money should be her motto. I will never go back

I had two visits with her. The first time, I waited an 75 minutes before she came in. She spent a fair amount of time. She called me back for a visit after a test and that time, I waited 90 minutes. What she told me in person, she could told me on the phone. I dont know if it is her, or her staff, but b/c of the wait time, I am switching doctors. My impression of her, while good, isn't strong enough to have me wait for future visits.

Dr. Murphy has no regard for her patients' time or comfort. I was to have a test that involved drinking lots of water. I sat in her office long past my appt. time. When I could wait no longer, I had to use the bathroom and start the test process all over. When I was again made to wait and could bear it no longer, I used the bathroom and left. I will NEVER return. She is more concerned with money. When I doubted my obligation to pay a co-pay, her office people were nasty and informed the doctor. She was downright intimidating and nasty so I paid the co-pay. Sure enough it was not my obligation to pay, and they had to refund it to me. I'm sure I would never have gotten a refund if I hadn't pursued the matter.

ive been with dr murphy since i was a lil girl..im 19 now n still use her...shes the best out there

Dr. zmurphy should lose her license. She did surgery on me that left me usuing a cathiter for over a year, until I went to another urologist. One time I was her first patient in the morning, she came in 2 hours late with her hair still wet from her shower, she must have still been in beed when I was at her office. Watch out, she does a lot a tests that are questionable whether they are needed or not, the only reason I can think for such actions is to bill the insurance companies.

I had an absolutely horrendous experience. The doctor was cold and harsh.

Dr. Murphy seems very competent, but has little regard for her patients' time or money. Staff is downright incompetent and belligerent. Waiting time is outrageous, a few hours every time, especially if you are in a lot of pain. It seems to be a matter of just too many patients, too many locations and not enough time. I am looking for another urologist.

She removed my packing in the hall of the hospital. I was in a great deal of pain and the surgery was unsucessful. I had to go to another doctor 6 months later to have it redone.

I arrived at Dr. Murphy's office at 1:15 for a 1:30 apt. At 2:30 a distinguished patient stepped into the waiting room and saw the room full of patients waiting and told the doctor's staff that he had just came from working in NY and that he wanted his apt. at the schedulled time. He sat for 30 min. and than went back to the staff window and complained again. At 3:30 I was sitting in a examining room and saw him enter the room accross from mine. The doctor and office staff put him ahead of all the other patients in the waiting room!Some of those patients were senior citizens that had been waiting for hours. It made me sick!I did not leave that office till 4 hours later. I will never go back to Dr. Murphy again.

doctor is very porfessional with excellent patient interface, office staff is simply incompetent
