Dr. Sobel has a calm and mild-mannered demeanor. The staff at STP is very efficient and helpful and we rarely have to wait very long to see the doctor. The phone nurse is also helpful and they are always good about getting you in quickly when you have a sick child. My only objection to their medical philosophy is what I feel is an over-reliance on drug therapy (for my particular preferences). This is hardly unique, though. They use a traditional, conservative approach to medicine, so if that is what you like and are comfortable with, you should be very happy with their services. I recommend investigating the listed side effects for any medicines prescribed and making an informed decision about treatment.
