Dr. Adam Maass has been my Diabetic Dr for over 10 years. He is the top Doctor in his field around here for sure. He explains and makes sure you understand how to take care of your self, He is a 10 in my calculations. I never half to wait very long. I schedule ahead because I need to see him every 3 months to get my meds. I have never seen him in a bad mood. ALWAYS SMILING when he greets you. Always calls me young lady although I am in my 70's. I completely trust him!

I have been with Dr Maass for over a decade now. He is so great at taking the time you need to discuss things. Truly listens and truly cares! One of the best out there !

He was not very nice to us. From our experience he has been all ego and no heart. Lacking compassion and understanding.

He dont follow up at all anymore. Used to be good but he dont give the same care that he used to. He's also out of the office a lot. His patients are not his priority anymore.

Love Dr.Maass! Impossible to get in see see him. The scheduling staff is rude and has an attitude they could care less if you get seen. He also had a nurse that I think has moved into a different job.She was not friendly.I am pretty sure she was burned out with nursing.

Maass is awesome...staff "0"...appointments impossible even though Maass states on record when he would like to see you next. Not sure to be fair he knows the issues occurring with staff

He is a great individual and I highly respect him as a person and doctor. It is very difficult to schedule an appointment with him and it can be several mos out. With that being said he has seen me in office on Saturdays so he will find a way in an emergency. He responds quickly to his emails if you send them directly to him. The thing that is the most frustrating is the office staff! I have talked to the dr about this in person they are not reliable about returning important phone calls. Here lately it's not been as bad as it was a year ago. Highly recommend him for your endocrinologist, you won't find a more passionate dr.

Dr Maass himself was great, however its practically impossible to get an appointment (8 months out) so they want you to see the nurse practioner instead. The office reception staff is useless and act like you are interupting their downtime when you arrive for an appt. Recently I wanted to change to another physician in the office so that I could get an appointment sooner and I had to actually go into the office and sign a form that stated I wanted to see another doctor (in the same office mind you). Am looking for other endocrinolgy option in the area, would leave in a heartbeat.

THE BEST DOCTOR I HAVE EVER KNOWN!!!!!! This is the real deal with Dr. Maass, our son has Type one diabetes and is very young at onset. This man went out of his way to see my son on his lunch break so he could get him in for visit ASAP! He is extremely reliable to contact and responds quickly with answers that are very helpful in each situation. I can not explain in words how much I respect and appreciate this man for how he is truly there for his patients!! Dr. Maass is absolutely "a diamond in the rough"!

Excellent listener & asking questions. He has practical answers and makes sure I understand. If something isn't his area of medicine he's always referred me to excellent physicians and they have been a great team of caregivers for me.
