Dr. Faraj has been the best MD I have had since living in the state of Michigan. I went to get a script refill and found out he is no longer at Midwest Health. I pray I locate his new practice location.

Dr Faraj was my doctor years ago until I was laid off from my job and had no insurance. But now I'm insured again and I'm happy to be able to see him again. I can truly say this Doctor is the best I have ever had. Beside being very knowledgeable you know he really cares about you and he truly loves his work. I am grateful for him.

We moved out of michigan like many people with the economy 6 years ago. But when we are seeing family here doctor Faraj is still our family doctor we will never change him. he is worth the travel across the country knowing we are in good caring loving hands. He is our family. We tried local doctors just not real and genuine.

I have had several doctors in my years, but to finally meet a doctor that really cares and listens with amazing medical knowldge that he translates to me in common term is rare. The best docotr ever, I drive 40 mile distance to see him just to know I am being taking care of with comfort and without worry and I can trust him with my life. The right person for the profession. I highly recommend.

Dr. Faraj has taken care of me and all my family. we have been doing great. we all lost weight and even had medications removed based on our weight loss. we love his patient bedside manners and excellent knowldge he has an answer to everything. we love our doctor.
