Dr. Chang is wonderful. Yes the wait times can be long, but I have never thought of switching. If your child gets sick, you'll be happy to have them in Dr Chang's very capable hands.

Dr. Chang is WONDERFUL! Knowledgable, patient, caring. The only downside is that there is always a wait, but when your child is sick she always squeezes them in, so you don't have to drag them to urgent care. I love the staff too. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

We have been taking our children to Dr. Chang for 26 years and travel to see her all the way from Laguna Hills. My sister's family travels all the way from La Canada. She is knowledgeable, competent, caring, and sincere. She returns calls and works late hours. Her staff is equally as competent and caring. While it is true that the wait time is usually an hour, we don't mind waiting because we are NEVER rushed once she enters our consulting room. Any time that the kids have been sick, the staff "squeezes" us in. The distance traveled means nothing when you receive the first-rate service that we have always encountered.

Dr. Chang is wonderful - very knowledgeable, always takes the time to answer our questions, very warm and caring with our newborn. She is very respected at Hoag hospital as well. We never feel rushed. She personally returns phone calls if needed. The only caveat is that we've had to wait for every visit - plan to spend sometime in the wait room! I do wish they could streamline this process somehow in the way they schedule well visits and leave time for sick visits. (Today, they said "There's no wait now, we're just back from lunch," and we were called in 30 minutes later, and that was our shortest wait time for any of our visits. That being said, we really like Dr. Chang and highly recommend her.

I have always been able to get any of my 3 children in with no problem. Dr. Chang truly cares about her patients! It is obvious and it shows. As parents, we couldn't be happier.

We love Dr Chang! Perfect ped Dr. Very pt, calm, and knows what she is doing. Couldnt pick a better Dr.
