You may have to wait for him but when you are back in the office with him you are his only concern. He has helped me tremendously when others in the industry didn't take my claims to heart like Dr Hegab. I would highly recommend him to anyone he is very diverse with his abilities to help people. Excellent Doctor.

I highly recommend Dr. Hegab. He listens to his patients and is very knowledgable. He truly cares about his patients and it shows. He is great about explaining his treatment plans in plain and simple terms with his patient and patient's family. He has a very gentle demeanor and kindness about him. In my opinion he is a great doctor and kind man. I am grateful for the kindness he showed my family. I feel blessed that my wife had him as her doctor following her accident.

Hands down the BEST Neurologist I have been to see and will never seek another.Dr.Hegab takes time to LISTEN to your symptoms(other DRs I have seen talk over me while I am trying to explain my problem to tell me that is not the way i feel or its not possible) from personal experience he is highly educated and knowlegeable on head pain mine is very difficult yet he has given me relief(5 other neurologist could not) not only through medicine but referring me to physical therapy. I feel BLESSED to have found Dr. Hegab and feel he is truly Heaven sent! If you are looking for an educated,knowledgeable,caring Dr. you need to look no further!

First appointment thought went fine. Surprised that the Dr himself took me to the back. No vitals or anything taken. Down hill after that. They said they were going to set up a MRI--had to hound them to do that. Then when I got the tests I couldn't get them to make an appointment to go over them. I had to go to the hospital to get the results (still haven't been "read" to me 4 months later). Staff--what staff? I couldnt' ever get anyone to answer the phone. I left messages and noone would call me back. I faxed a prescription refill request letter from pharmacy and it was never refilled. I totally gave up and will never go back to him again. Very unprofessional and felt abandoned by Dr.

Dr H is the best doctor that I have ever seen. I had seen every neurologist in my network and was very disappointed w/ the service and level of care I received. I used to miss at least 2 days of work a week b/c of my pain; I was so frustrated: I felt like my pain was controlling my life. Then I went to Dr H and everything changed. He has gotten me to the point where I rarely miss any work and now I feel like I have options and my life back. He is very helpful and caring, and came up w/ solutions that other doctors hadn't even considered. I feel comfortable talking to him about everything and he really listens. It is so refreshing to see that these days: a doctor who really seems to care. He always finds time to help me/talk to me when I need it, despite his busy schedule. I also really like his staff-they are very friendly and helpful. I don't know what I would do or were I would be if it were not for Dr H and his kind staff.

First appt we were extremely impressed and thought we had found the right doctor. Extremely knowledgeable and aggressive in treatment. However, my wife had an allergic reaction to some medication he prescribed (it happens, we understand). She was taken by ambulance to a hospital on a Monday night. We called twice on Tues, Wed, Thurs, and Fri, before we finally got a return call Fri evening. His excuse for not calling was that my cell phone blocked "private" numbers. First of all that is not true, secondly he had our home number as well and never called. I talked to the same staff member everyday in his office, and she herself was frustrated that he had not called, since she personally gave him our phone numbers everyday and he said he would call. Despite his knowledge, his behavior in this issue was inexcusable and totally unprofessional.

Excellent Physician, one of the best I have ever meet! Very accurate and really helped me out. Wonderful office staff. I could not have asked for better! I would highly recommend Dr.Hegab. He takes his time with everyone and really cares about each person individually.
