Worst staff and doctor ever. I had the worst experiencing seeing this doctor and dealing with her office staff. They are the rudest people I have ever dealt with in healthcare. Take my advise and avoid this practice as much as you can.

The doctor is fine. But the receptionist is cold and rude. The doctor is patient with the patient, giving basically satisfied answers to question asked.

I find the office staff to be generally cold and bordering on rude. I love the nurse takes blood--she's the best. Dr. Chou has always given me the time I've asked for and has encouraged me to take ownership of my care--even when that means I arrive with more questions and expect more time. I like her and respect her knowledge.

The first visit I was in severe pain It took them 45 minutes to get me in a room and 20 minutes to look for my blood results that were on file, they are so unorganized. she prescribed me medicine that didnt work and I left her a message for her to prescribe me something else. I never got a call back and had to call my physician to tell her and she prescribed me medicine that works. When she saw me she just stayed for about 10 minutes and left. I waited more than hour for a 10 minute visit! The next time i didnt wait long outside but it took her a while to come to the room and I was the first patient! I was taken to 3 different rooms because the comp. wouldnt work! This doctor is very cold and I dont like her attitude at all. After I told her a previous problem I had she got mad at me for not telling her! Well maybe if you stayed long enough in the room you would have found out earlier, I mean I could have TOLD you my problem because I figured what was wrong with me not her!

I set up an appt with a month in advance and on the day of the appt they didn't even have my name on the system. I was put on hold for more than 15 minutes and they didn't even apologize as if I was making up a story. They realy didn't care about my needs. I felt totaly unrespected.

I didn't know it was possible for me to dislike a practice so much. Never in a million years would I have thought I'd be so disconcerted with an experience at the doctor's that I'd go online and waste my own personal time just to write a rating. The nurses at this practice are horrible. They are rude, nosy, and make inappropriate and unprofessional comments that make the patient uncomfortable. I'm actually worried that these people have my detailed personal information because they don't seem the type to respect patient privacy, if their non-medical-related questions are anything to go by. I have no idea how good the doctor is because she barely spent any time with me. Maybe she IS a good doctor and she doesn't need to speak very long with patients to know what to do. I'm personally not too impressed but if the previous two comments are true, then SOMEBODY must like her.

She has recommended a course of treatment that has improved my condition markedly. She seems to be well aware of the medications available and which are applicable and safe for me since I also have heart disease and previously had hepatitus.
