She was on call for my doctor. I have allergies that have morphed into a sinus infection. I get this from time-to time, it's pretty straightforward. Full ears, colored discharge, sore throat, painful sinus. I'm in the process of being treated for seizures and the lighting at urgent care is awful for me. My doc would call in a Z-pack, I'm quite certain, and has before. This doc told me to put a warm washcloth on my eyes and tough it out until I could see my doc on Monday. It's early Saturday morning. Is she serious? It seemed she was trying to drum up business for the urgent care despite the fact that last time I was at one I nearly had a seizure. My symptoms are a classic sinus infection. Easy peasy. She didn't listen or seem to care.

My God, where do i start? First, this woman is absolutely awful. She thinks she can negate everything my previous doctors have said because her way is apparently the best way. I came to her to get new birth control, ask about general health questions, & she just said "well i don't know so i’m gonna refer you to ____" i’m sorry but i genuinely thought my GENERAL DOCTOR should be able to diagnose simple problems & prescribe birth control? At least that’s what my last general doctor did. This was my first time going to a doctor in like three years because i got too old for my pediatrician, & this was a horrid experience. All she cared about was blood work, which if she looked at the chart, she’d see that i had it done a year ago by my psych (the blood work she requested was something that only had to be done once every 2-3 years). Horrible doctor, rude, & dismissive. After doing my lab, I went to the lab receptionist because i was supposed to schedule a follow up appointment in a year, & i told her i wouldn’t be coming back. She honestly didn't look surprised & apologized because she clearly had heard that before. Speaks volumes. Anyway, don’t go to her. Like ever.

She is not a safe person for LGBT people and is wholly unhelpful and lacks empathy. Her ignorance is astonishing and she doesn't care. She brings shame to WellStar's good name.

great doctor. I love the new computer system where you can have access to your records. I felt Dr. Breton listened to my concerns and really cared about what I was saying. I have been going to see her for over 5 years and have sent many of my friends and family to see her. Her Nurse Practicioners are great as well.

I chose Dr. Breton due to her proximity to my home and a referral from my own mother.

My very first appointment at this practice was September 2013 and I got to see and meet Dr. Breton. She seemed more compassionate than my previous doctor, so I was satisfied with my decision...but then I never saw her again. Every appointment since, I've seen one of the nurse practicioners, Jessica Foster.

Jessica is great! If she could only be my doctor, instead! She was kind, humorous, but heard me out on all my concerns. This proved, to me, that she was personable and compassionate; not to much to ask out of a medical professional.

My most recent trip to this practice was a nightmare. I had another nurse practitioner, Jennifer Johnston, that I had never met before. From looking at reviews on various sites, she's been around for a year or two and others have the same complaint I do. She wouldn't listen to me and cut me off in the middle of describing my symptoms. One of my symptoms were swollen, sore lymph nodes and she only felt one of them and denied that it was swollen...so I must be a hypochondriac, right? Well, lady, I had two more that are rock hard and sore that you ignored. Plus, I've NEVER had a doctor burst in on me while I was undressing before. Watch out if you hear that one knock of Jennifer's - you've got one second before she whips that door open. Jennifer so hurriedly completed my examination that she left some equipment on that I turned off for her. You're welcome.

The result? Nothing was wrong, according to her, and to go take some OTC meds. Two weeks later (today), I left work early for an appointment I specifically made to see Dr. Breton about my on-going symptoms from two weeks ago. I got there and I had missed my appointment by a half hour. I swear on everything I've got that I had my appointment time correct. I was advised to reschedule or go to Urgent Care. Uh, no. You just lost a patient. I had to wait 14 minutes on hold to even MAKE the appointment, and that was after trying to get a hold of a nurse to see if it was a follow-up appointment-worthy concern. I finally got a call back a day later about the message I left for a nurse. Good luck if you call wanting to talk to a nurse - you get an answering machine. Maybe a call back if you're lucky. When I received my call back from the nurse, I told her when my appointment was today and she didn't correct me, so...WITH NO APPOINTMENT REMINDER CALL, how was I supposed to know that the appointment time I had and what was actually entered in the system were different?

As for my mother, she's never met Dr. Breton. Only Jessica, who she also loves, by the way. However, she agrees that the staff is rude, curt, and unsympathetic. Something is wrong with a doctor that won't meet all their new patients at least once.

Save yourself the trouble and select another doctor. Unless, of course, Jessica Foster becomes a doctor with her own practice. In that case, go see her.

Dr. Breton is one of the best doctors I have seen. She gave me the attention I need and I felt like I was really being cared for. She referred me to the appropriate specialists for my condition. Her staff was okay, but ultimately Dr. Breton's attitude made up for it.

Uncomfortable with men and goes out of her way to make it difficult for men to get Viagra. They blackmail you to come or they won't fill subscriptions.
