Not especially compassionate. Office and support staff balance quality of care. Seemed to be more focused on law and practice management than providing a high level quality of care. Primary services and solutions offered were referrals to other physicians or providers. Ended up feeling like an orphan or step-child rather than a patient. Disappointed with quality of care or lack of.

Waited for 35 minutes for the receptionist. Hung up without being able to talk to someone. Don't bother with these folks.

I having been going to this office for 2years for my check up.But everytime I get sick I can not get an appointment. I tryed calling from 10 to 11:30 and no one picks up and I leave a message on nurses line and they dont get it.So they send me to urgent care every time.I was very upset with they service today. I had to go to Urgent care again to a doctor I do not know.I guess you only get to see the doctor when you are not sick.

The staff are clueless - they don't call you back to schedule an appointment until you've called them several times. They don't call you to remind you of your appointment and when you do show up for your scheduled appointment they tell you they didn't have you scheduled for one. Finding a new doctor. Don't go here they will just waste your time.

My mother had been breton's patient since she came to the practice and because she was "nicer" than the doctor she replaced my mom really liked her. Last year after complaining to Dr. Breton about extreme fatigue, sleeping all the time, lab work with elevated creatine levels, labwork for the last two years that showed urinary problems, a family history of cancer and kidney disease, etc,etc,etc- my mom was finally diagnosed with kidney cancer BY HER NEUROLOGIST! It was found by accident when she had an MRI on her hip. Breton missed it completely. What bothers me the most is the fact that she just blew off a patient that she should have known was not a complainer and then had the gall to tell her the lab work was good. As a matter of fact the last labs she had done two month before her diagnosis were lost and they never told her. I found that out when I requested the last two years of labs myself, it was in the notes.

staff are not compassionate towards patients. Never can speak to a person, by phone. Always have to leave messasge. Response time for return call is unreasonable. Doctor is A OK. I don't think the Doctor is aware of the activity of her staff.

Lab worker was the worse person I have ever encountered. Almost pushed the needle out of the side of my arm. Secondary bruse on the side of my arm where needle almost came out 1-1/4 inch from injection point. Called office to let them know and reaching a live person is a very convoluted process. Have been using practice for over 5 years and only met the doctor 1 time. Office is in a very convient location, but not very impressed with services provided. Luckily only have to go once a year for a physical.
