Rude, rude, rude staff. Very uncaring. You are a bother to them. Dr. Smith is good but not worth the abuse from staff. This is my 3rd and last time I'll come here. I'm rating this OA office as I wait for my appointment. Could not get acknowledgement from staff that I got there on time and still waiting. Just had to speak in general direction of staff before they said " I know you're here"

Excellent staff, helpful. Love Dr. Smith. He is very knowledgable, informative. I would highly recommend.

Very aloof uncaring doctor and staff, Hopefully he has skills that are better than his poorly run office. You are lucky if he spends a minute with you. He offers very little in the way of informing the patient what is going on. Office staff is moody and make you seem like you are bothering them. Seems like they really don't care and are quick to get you out door
