Dr. Friedman is extremely knowledgeable and demonstrates a genuine commitment to his craft and to understanding what patients’ desired outcomes are. I was very pleasantly surprised by how effective (and painless) his treatments for my scars have been, and the improvement in their appearance has exceeded my expectations. I have also seen Dr. Friedman for
botulinum toxin and had fantastic results. After having negative experiences with several other injectors over the years I was hesitant to try it again, but he took the time to understand what I was trying to achieve/what I did not like about treatments from other injectors and he delivered exactly what I asked for. His team members and staff are also wonderful. I would not entrust my scar or cosmetic injection treatments to anyone else.

I'm immensely grateful for the exceptional care provided by Dr. Friedman in treating my daughter's port wine stain. Throughout her birthmark journey she has been consulted and treated by several dermatologists, but we feel most confident with making her medical decisions and treatment plan under his care. We travel from Dallas to Houston for her appointments because Dr. Friedman's expertise, compassionate approach, and up-to-date knowledge on the latest research make the travel worthwhile. Aside from his proficiency in treatment, he is caring and has genuine concern for her emotional wellbeing as undergoing the treatments is not easy for an 8 year old. When I turned 76, I noticed a big change in in the firmness of my face (read wrinkles and sagging). I was not interested in traditional plastic surgery, so I went to Dr. Friedman, who recommended UltraClear procedures. I started a tattoo removal in New Orleans, LA and had a terrible experience. I was left with severe scarring and moderate ink removal (at best). The experience left me unable to trust just about anyone to do any type of laser removal on me, so I started some research and found Dr. Friedman through publications he had been featured in. I started seeing him soon after and, 3 years later, we have come such a long way. He was able to get rid of most of my scarring and 99% of the ink. Having a scar from a tattoo you hoped to be removed is a truly disappointing experience. I would have never been able to achieve 99% removal of the ink and scar without the expertise and patience of Dr. Friedman. I now fly from New Orleans to Houston to see him for most of my dermatology needs and he has my total and implicit trust. Please do not let just anyone with your tattoo removal. I have spent thousands of dollars to get rid of the work of people who should have NEVER been allowed to use a laser on patients. Do not make the same mistake I made! Thank you, Dr. Friedman. I hope you know how much I appreciate you.
