I travelled down interstate from QLD to Melbourne to meet with Dr Lanzer and his team. I cannot rate my experience high enough! From the moment I arrived at the clinic, Dr Lanzers staff made me feel welcome and went above and beyond to ease my anxiety and nerves. I have never met a more genuine nor caring Dr than Dr Lanzer. Both he and his associate drs made sure I was very well informed and gave honest realistic explanations of procedures. Dr lanzer is meticulous with his attention to detail and I would recommend him to anyone looking to achieve the best possible outcome for their chosen surgery.

Dr Lanzer is an amazing surgeon and artist and gave me back my confidence. After years of struggling with my shape, he has helped me get the result I was hoping for. My experience with Dr Lanzer was terrible. I was not given a time for my procedure, I saw Dr Lanzer for a max of 5 minutes before my procedure then he added another $2000 on to my bill that needs to be paid before he will touch you. His nurses are great, they made up for his poor bedside manner.
He came in to a very small dodgy looking room that I was told I would be moved out of, did what he needed to do, took a max of 10 minutes. Left me in the room telling me someone would come and take photos. Knowone did!, I was left cold, in pain and alone for at least 25 minutes before I worked up the courage to jump off the (massage table) to get the door bell buzzer for help. After pressing it 4 times a nurse finally came in to fix me up and apologized that I was left alone and said he may of forgotten to let anyone know that he was finished with me. I didn’t see him after the procedure at all. Nurses only.
If it wasn’t for the nurses I have no idea what would of happened.

I was so scared being left in that freezing makeshift room with dry putty on the walls.

I cried and cried about my bad experience and will never have liposuction again.

I had Gynecomastia Surgery (man b()()bs and couldn't be happier with the results! Dr Lanzer and the team were extremely compassionate, honest and friendly throughout the process and would highly recommend to any male looking at getting this procedure done. The results are fantastic and I'm no longer embarrassed to take my shirt off in public or wear tight t-shirts.

What a fantastic experience, from start to finish! Dr Lanzer and his associate Dr Ryan Wells, were extremely knowledgeable, informative and made me feel very comfortable throughout the process. I had a HighDef Lipo procedure covering the abdomen, flanks and surrounding areas. I am day 3 post-op and results are unbelievable. Had the procedure on Friday and I am back at work Monday with minimal discomfort. The Nurse (Jade) was great, helping me through the process and answering all my questions. This is a mind blowing procedure and I could not be happier with the outcome. Thank you Dr Lanzer and all your associates, specifically, Dr Wells.

Had mini tummy tuck and lipo couldn't be happier with the results. Dr Lazer completely changed my life, before my surgery I was extremely conscious about the way I looked after having my children.
I was blown away by the results of the mini tummy tuck and can't thank Dr Lazer and his team for transforming my life.
