Well where do I start, I would not have believed it if I didn't experience it myself but I have to say Dr Lanzer & all the beautiful staff members are the most professional and experienced people I have ever met from day one the consultantstion through to the appointment and even after care they make you feel comfortable, safe and so important I felt on top of the world afterwards better then wining the lottery Dr Lanzer himself checks up on you and actually cares about how you are doing, I had no confidence at all before I walked in to the Malvern office for the first time but I tell you what Dr Lanzer & the staff sure changed that for me I feel like I'm on top of the world and have considered going back for another consult and would never choose any other Doctor but Dr Lanzer

Amazing doctor backed by the best staff I’ve ever witnessed. Super busy Sydney clinic. I did wait (have option to pay and been seen straight away), but happy to wait for his 25yr expertise.
I’ve heard things about the Melbourne clinic but only experiencing Sydney I only have incredible experiences. I felt safe, happy in his and his staffs knowledge, ready for my Surgery that is now booked!

We went to see Dr Lanzer in march this year - our consults where supposed to be an hour each - he flew thru it all so quickly -I don't think we where there for more than 15 minutes - I really felt like we were cattle in a marker rather than patients - we wanted to have quite extensive work done to our face and bodies and am quite concerned that he will now do a rush job on us in surgery -

I have to admit that although the consult was quick, I feel like all the questions I had were answered in the best way they could so that I would understand any risks ect
It’s so important to do your research and I feel that if your research is done then you have a feeling of confidence before even having a consult with Dr Lanzer.
Can’t fault the nurses in my experience so far.
The results i’m seeing after my tumescent lipo procedure already are making me feel so much more confident.
Dr Lanzer always finds time to reply to texts/calls & if not a nurse is calling to assist you before you know it!

My consult with Dr Lanzer convince me that I made the right choice after doing my research. It’s been one day after my procedure and it looks fantastic. I am thrilled. Staff is friendly and professional and always concerned about their patients. Dr Lanzer’s expertise is beyond reproach. I would recommend him in a heartbeat. This guy is a genius. He surrounds himself with the most incredible staff (brilliant nurses) and is very giving of his time; a cosmetic consult with him is free! -Unlike many other surgeons who charge hundreds of dollars a deliver poor results. I had my gyne and abdo lipo with him, I am thrilled with the results. Life changing. My self esteem has increased dramatically I have a new lease on life. THANK YOU Dr. Lanzer!!

Consult was 3 mins if that, both standing, really a fly through on his part, then him on his mobile after taking pic of the area, totally so rude being on the phone that i ended up saying i have to go and walking past him. Really scary thought that he'd be so distracted and arrogant, even if he's skilled if you are that detached from the patient re awareness of what's going on around you with basic manners no matter if a good price i couldn't in good conscience let him touch me. If he's that busy and he rang ib reply to promised quote to say he'd actually lost the pic and had no records of any of it, and could i email him some pictures and say what i wanted and what he verbally quoted and then we'd go from there, but he couldn't remember from a minute earlier what city I'd seen in him and what city i wanted the op in. If he can't spend the time to focus enough to sit down and let the patient sit down and do a proper consult with proper documentation then what does that really say about how frenetic he is? Not a pleasant experience, and it doesn't matter that he tries to tell you he's doing everyone such a favor with free consultation, if that's the quality of them I'd rather pay to be given a professional consult. Skill isnt all, you need to have a memory and a system and pay attention to detail of who the person in front of you and not be so scattered. Staff said 'oh sorry to hear that, He's filming today so really distracted'. Hope he's not filming when some nervous patient lying on a table waiting for him.

My results are amazing. Only a couple days in and I am over the moon. Pre op was very easy clear and lots of information given, on the day of was very quick and again a lot of care was given by the nurses, Brooke and Angie fantastic. There was no pain. The only thing was going back the next day I was forgotten about in the wait room after checking in for close to an hour. After reminding them it was quick from there. I couldn’t be more happy with my choice of Dr Lanzer and his team. Thanks

Very warm and friendly staff overall, especially the girls at the front desk. Tara has been great and doing an amazing job! I get great results! Thank you and well done! Highly recommended.
