All about money not the patient. Husband has been with her for over 7 years. Always hard to get prescriptions and given false information. New insurance will not cover her even though we asked if they accepted it. Asked for a referral to dermatology because we believed he had cancer on his leg. She said she had to be seen. Since she didn’t take insurance had to pay 150$ and she didn’t even see him. A PA came in said ew gross idk what that is I’ll give you a referral.. then we said since we had to change primary we need refills for his blood pressure medication and 2 other medications for foot. We were told to have Publix call in for refill. Which we did. Have called office several times. I went in to the office as they were closing they said we are no longer his dr, I said we can’t get into new dr for NP appointment for 3 months. He needs his blood pressure and we just self paid a week ago . Girl goes to back comes back and say dr butler says she wants him to do labs before but self pay will be expensive. really call in his blood pressure medication. Oh then they told him they could not give him a referral for the dermatologist because since he was self pay with them the new dermatologist wouldn’t take the insurance. I said you guys need to educate yourself. Yes they will. And they did and he has a repaid growth cancer in his leg. So glad dr butler took the time to look at it and make us beg and pay150$ basically to get the referral and now trying to get more $ pay for labs and also then another 150 for her to review or she won’t give him his blood pressure medication. Well guess now a lawyer is needed. That’s not a good Dr. Definitely not about patients
