She has been knowledgeable and helpful and has wonderful bedside manner. She listens to what I say. She is never condescending.

Dr Butler explains everything and even draws pictures. She does not rush you. She is one of the best primaries I have ever had. Very thorough and caring.

Old patient but miss going to Dr Butler. After reading some of these post I have to ask myself where they get some of these bad words for this doctor. She had my health in better condition then any doctor I had over the last 25 years. I had a bank of doctors treating me and every single one of them missed a huge problem going on with me. Yes huge !!! Dr Butler found the problem and made arangments to get into Oncology right away and pretty much saved my back side. Still to this day I can't thank her enough. This doctor has a web portal set up for discussions on health issues from email. She always made it a point to answer these emails day or night and even on her time off on weekends. How many doctors do you see do this now days ? One that sticks in my head is her answering my email at 230 am on a Saturday night.

She would be so proud of me now I have lost over 45 lbs and got most of my health problems fixed and on the road to recovery. I look forward to coming back to her practice. The only reason I left was the distance to drive. By the way her staff has always been top notch. Congrats Dr Butler on the new babies your awesome !! Ken N

We have had numerous problems with prescriptions being written inappropriately, faxes from pharmacies being ignored therefore prescriptions not being filled, referrals not processed in a timely manner, being told something was handled when it wasn't, and problems getting into see the doctor for sick visits. The final straw was when my husband had an appointment with Dr Butler recently (scheduled 6 months out), he had to wait for more than an hour, the PA finally came in to tell him Dr Butler would be in shortly, a while later the other doctor came in to tell him that Dr. Butler was in a meeting and would not be able to see him. He didn't opt to not see the other doctor because he had already been there for 90 minutes. I have never had an issue with Dr Butlers ability as a doctor, but we have had so many problems with the business end of the practice we are changing doctors.

In the beginning she appears to be very caring. Then she continually brings you back for needless appointments. These all take time. Her time is valuable, but yours is not!!! She is currently pregnant and very moody. Do not ask any questions because she will get upset and leave the room!!! Never before have I been treated like this from a doctor!!! I employ her, not her employing me.
