I usually fill out ratings like this but I've have nothing but excellent care and help from Dr. Muderspach. I went to see her on a 2nd opinion after talking to one (male) surgeon and have been with her ever since. I think these people who rate her as uncaring are confused. A doctor needs to remain rational so they can recommend the best care possible even when they deliver very bad news. In Dr. Muderspach's field there is lots of bad news. If she entered into every patients emotional turmoil she would not be able to do her job. I have found her to be an excellent physician.

Dr Muderspach is so patient-focused that she puts us on her schedule and gives up her lunch break when the need arises. I do not understand how anyone can bad-mouth her or her staff. While I have had to wait a long time on the day of my appointment, I understood why she was running behind- she gave the women before me all the time that was necessary. When she met with me, she did not try to make the time up by being brief or cutting me off. In my opinion, we are lucky to have her when our luck has run out! She is not supposed to be our new BFF, she is our advocate for the best possible outcome under the circumstances of our illness. She has been diligent, thorough and patient-focused throughout my care. That's my idea of a stellar doc!

I can't remember if I rated this person before. She was not nice at all or caring in the least bit. She said that she could help me but she ws choosing not too and wished me luck finding someone that could or would. I did find another doctor that did help me.

Actually it was Blue Cross PPO, Torrance IPA group. She was not in my group, but well worth the visit. I was diagnosed with cervical cancer and I went to her for a 2nd opinion. She was so caring and sympathetic. She gave me a lot of information and gave me excellent care. She spent TWO HOURS with me on my first visit. Maybe I was lucky because I was the last patient of the day. I would recommend her to anybodoy!

I saw this docotr several years ago. As I read the comments I see that she has not changed. I felt like my diagnosis was the worst thing that could happen to me and that I was going to die. This doctor treated me with such coldness that I felt like she could care less about me
