and he also have a Winning Assistant in Jennifer Currie

A great guy. Excellent doctor. Very easy to talk to. Makes me feel more like a friend than just a patient. I am lucky to have him as my specialist doctor. Big 5 stars for him.

Dr. JP McCarthy attended to me prior to my surgery as well he preformed the surgery, and attended to me during my 5 day in hospital. He was excellent, he explained all that was to take place before,during and after the surgery. He visited me each day to check on my recovery. The two other patients in my room couldn’t believe he was in to see me each day and not for just a few seconds. He took the time to see that everything was as it should be. The day I was being discharged, his day off, he came in to check on me. If everyone took the time and effort to do their job well this would be a much better world to live in. I guess we can only give 5 stars, Dr. McCarthy rates 10 in my books.

I was referred by Dr Miller, I was seen quickly and a date for surgery was set. Surgery went well. Good patient briefing on what, where and when and why treatment is needed.

I had surgery done by Dr John Paul McCarthy a few years back He was the best Doctor I have ever had, a great doctor and all around great guy , the best in Kentville by far.
