Dr. Butler very through. We discused the problem and he explained the solution. The
procedure went well. Follow up appointment in person.

Dr. Butler was impatient. I didn't get the chance to discuss alternative therapies to medication. Apparently he was in such a hurry that he didn't listen very well and prescribed a medication I should never take because it would interact with my other medication in a bad way. A few years ago I had a good experience with him, but this time was really bad.

My wife has severe kidney issues, and has been waiting to have something done about it by Dr. Butler for THREE YEARS and he won't help her. She has been referred to him by our family doctor, by several ER doctors, nurse practitioners and the like. She was referred again today as she has extremely frequent bladder and kidney infections, and they told her they wouldn't even see her for another year.
Dr. Butler, you are absolutely useless. This woman desperately needs help, she is now immune to all antibiotics except one, and she is continuously getting worse. Good job, dick.

Had 2 kidney stones removed by him, he was very caring and helped me when I was in most pain of my life. It’s been almost 3 years and he still follows up with me. No complaints

I had my kidney removed by Dr Butler in Jan 2017. He is caring knowledgeable and certainly followed up with me. In fact on one of my visits in May 2017 he was doing a routine cystocopy and didn't like the way I looked. I was very pale. He paged the heart doctors and II was having a mild heart attack He could have just let me go after the test but he cared enough to make me stay. I had no problems after he preformed my kidney surgery and his staff is very helpful. When I read some of the remarks below I think maybe these people saw a different Dr Trevor Butler. He was and is amazing

I recently underwent a routine bladder endoscopy. By the next morning, my urinary system was completly shut down. I was in extreme pain, necessitating me to go to the emergency and be fitted with a catheter for the next 4 days, once this catheter was removed, the same thing happened, back to the emergency for another catheter. The attending doctor contacted Dr. Butler's office . Dr. Butler contacted me at home, and told me he did not understand what was happening after a routine procedure, and that I should not abuse the system and that I should learn to self-catheter myself. I told him that I was 75 years old and with severe arthritis, and that could barely hold a spoon in my hand. This conversation left me with a bitter feeling. I felt that I had been let down by Dr. Butler.

This doctor showed not only lack of complete knowledge of his field, but was cruel, and heartless to his patient, and the family! Prejudging a patient is also out of line. Needs to change profession.

Very knowledgable and caring, he is timely with appointments and always discusses all options and explains procedures to ensure you know what is going to be done and why the chances of success and possible outcomes. He is a great doctor.

This doctor has continuously shown his lack of knowledge in every area possible! He needs to go back to school!!
