I went to Dr Francis for about eight years and I loved her upbeat and friendly ways. I will miss her greatly and I still haven't' found a Dr. It will be hard for me to find one as sweet as her I am sure!

She resigned in the middle of my pregnancy which required me to pay another doctor for services after I had already pre-paid her up through my delivery. I got no refund and am now paying a new doctor to deliver my baby as well. She should have delivered her pregnant patients and stopped taking new patients as a matter of ETHICS.

Beware. At labor and delivery, you can not count on her--absent during critical and dangerous periods during labor. Used highly unusual methods during labor and dangerous to patient and child. We were lucky both patient and baby did not die.

I love Dr.Francis!!! She makes me feel like I've known her for years and does not make me feel weird when I'm getting my annual exam. All my coworkers go to her and they all love her. Three of them had babies n she was their for them all the time. I do agree the appointment is long but its all worth it.

Dr. Francis is a fake. She will give you hugs, which I find not professional, she tells you what she wants and does not value your input as a patient. It's her way or the highway. She is easily offended if you do not agree with her.

Awesome. She doesn't B.S. her patients. She's very direct and to the point, which I appreciate. If there is a problem, Dr. Fancis tells you. If not, she doesn't plant seeds of worry in your head. Caution: may or may not swear like a sailor. Ha! For Real Caution: Office staff are a little ditzy- make sure they write EVERYTHING down, and double check that your appointments are scheduled correctly. (i.e. if you are supposed to have an ultrasound in 4 weeks, make sure that they schedule it for the 4th week.) Good luck!

Dr. Francis is absolutely great! She delivered both of our boys by C-Section, and both times she came in on her personal time (the 2nd at 3 AM on Sunday)! She is an accomplished surgeon, and can handle any/all of your needs. My husband is a surgical device rep and works with ObGyns including Dr. Francis. He holds her in very high regard and has the unique perspective of having been in the operating room with her. He absolutely trusts Dr. Francis to take great care of me, and you can trust her to take great care of you! She is an overall great physician!

I LOVE dr. francis. I saw her for years, although I don't anymore due to moving issues, but she is amazing. She found out I had a pituitary adenoma(benign tumor) which was causing a rash of medical problems. Without her I wouldn't have my daughter or this baby on the way. She is an amazing and very knowledgeable dr!

Dr. Marra Francis maybe a good OBGYN but you will regret ever going to her. She is listed as a Aetna HMO provider, but she does nothing for Aetna HMO members. They will actively try to make you change your HMO to a PPO. Dr. Francis will make you obtain/request referals by yourself...her nursing staff will do nothing. This is not your responsibility...this is the responsibility of the nursing staff...there are a slew of insurance codes and much more that is required for a referral. That's why they get paid the big dollars. If you make a mistake like I did and forget to remind her and her nursing staff to use Aetna HMO contracted and qualified labs and providers. You will be stuck with $1600 lab charge. And if you file a complaint with your Insurance provider, Dr. Francis will retaliate and refuse to treat you and tell you to go find another OBGYN. She is a very unprofessional person. This has caused us considerable stress and anxiety. BEWARE - WARNING USING THIS MEDICAL PROVIDER.

Dr. Francis is awesome! I've seen her for about 5 years and wouldn't waste my time with any other doctor. She is so sweet and understanding and never rushes or makes you feel like 1 of 100 patients, even though you are! LOL!
