I was five minutes late, and she refused to see me even after I told her I had driven 300 miles. She just lost my whole family's (4 people) business. I was horrified that she sent me home without seeing me because I was only five minutes late. Unbelievable!

We love Dr. Francis! I took my daughter to hear her talk "Worth the Wait" several years ago and fell in love with her wit and warm personality. If she still gives this talk, it is exceptional and every teen should hear it! My daughter has been going to her for 3 years and we are still quite happy!

She delivered my second child and I truly enjoyed having her as my doctor; I wish she had delivered my first. I rarely had to spend much time in the waiting room and I never felt rushed when she was examining me. I felt like she answered my questions honestly and to the best of her ability. She has a bit of frenetic energy about her, but she is professional and knowledgeable.

Very arrogant and condescending. Keep your false hugs and insincere concern. The minute I had a difference of opinion or questioned her 'expertise' she went ballistic. Very unprofessional.

I have been going to Dr Francis for many years and have been truly happy with her! Sometimes her staff is hard to deal with but I wouldn't change because of how much I respect her opinion. She is always happy to see you and greets me with a huge every time. It's like going to visit a good friend that has the means to help through tough times. I love Dr. Francis!

Dr. Francis is AMAZING!!! She is so warm and caring, I recommend her to everyone. I transferred to her while pregnant and could not have been happier with my choice. She literally saved my son's life!!If it weren't for her, sadly enough he probably would not have made it. My husband and I can not say enough wonderful things about her. If you have the option to see her then take advantage of it! As long as she is in practice I will be there. Can't wait for my next pregnancy!

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE her. I will recommend her to anyone. She treats everyone like her best friend and always with a hug. My husband and I cannot say enough about her. I even look forward to my annual visits(sounds weird but true). Very passionate about her patients and job. We love you Dr. Francis.

simply, she is the best and she made me feel like a sister she stood by me while pregnant, during delivery and after. i had medicaid during pregnancy and she never made me feel less than people with insurance.i got insurance now and am glad that she accepts it bcoz difinitley am not intending to see another doctor.i recommend her 100%

Dr. Francis is by far the best doctor I have seen. She is very well informed and is happy to share her information with you. She has a true passion for helping women and girls. I got a hug with every appointment during my pregnancy! She was within 15 minutes of each of my scheduled appointments and when she had a delivery one day the staff called to reschedule me for an hour later, instead of making me come in and wait. She valued my input and we worked out a birth plan and health treatment for my hypothyroidism together. I felt like I was in control the entire time, instead of feeling like she was pushing her opinions on me. After a very difficult delivery she was right there by my side, ordering all of the necessary tests and taking a great deal of time to make sure I was taken care of. After my experience with her and her staff, I heartily recommend her office to every woman who asks.
