I have been seeing Dr Johnson for close to 10 years. He is always helpful, attentive, patient, and very knowledgeable. He has had issues with staff in the past; however, the staff he has now is very professional.

I'm not sure about the other reviews because the staff is very nice and helpful. I have been going here for 2 years now and never had a problem. I needed to come in right away twice and I got in the same day .

Very good bedside manner. You never feel rushed. But once you leave he does not follow through for you. His staff is unhelpful and blames the doc.

Horrible staff; very unhelpful. Appointments canceled over and over for no reason. Doctor is completely unreliable.

He's a very good doctor when available. The problem is he is often gone from his practice for weeks or more at time with no backup. He seems caring and attentive during visits but in contrast his very prolonged absences from his practice suggest that his patients are not a high priority. Helpfulness and knowledge seem good but there is a good chance he may not be there when needed. Staff is poor. Calls related to insurance or prescriptions can take weeks just for a return call. Calls to try to schedule an appointment can take a week or more to be returned.

I was sent by my other doctor to him for help with my Lupus, and now I am on treatement and finally feeling like myself again. Very good experience.
