Omg I had a 20 cm fibroid . Surgery was great surprisingly not that painful . I got my tiny waistline back. That you dr Im for making me feel like a million bucks again 😘

Dr. Im is rude and arrogant. I had talked to a number of people about him before visiting his office. I was pleased to to hear Extremely positive comments about his surgical skills from both peers and patients. But, he must have on sabbatical when his customer services, patient relations and professional behavior classes were scheduled. He was impatient, uninformative and condescending. His behavior and comments were inappropriate and unprofessional. His staff did not appear comfortable passing on my questions to him or even answering basic questions. In fact they seemed to imply that he wouldn’t really answer them anyway. I look For a skilled professional that is willing to inform, engage and respect their patents. I cannot really rate his knowledge, because he didn’t really share it

By far the best doctor I have ever come across. I had to have a partial hysterectomy two weeks ago and his bedside manner was over and beyond excellent. From before going into surgery the genuine caring and after. I am 46 years old and have never had or heard about a doctor bringing in flowers after the surgery. I feel great. There are not many surgeons I have found with a personality. Dr Im is warm and caring, even with the tremendous pressure he must live with every day. I am very thankful to have found such a skilled person with a great manner.

Dr. Im is the ultimate Doctor! There should never be anything negative written concerning Dr. Im. I had stage four uterine cancer which required a radical hysterectomy via Dr. Im using the robot. I stayed over one night at Mercy Hospital & went home the next day! I felt great. I had 34 radiation treatments at Peninsula Hospital in Salisbury, MD, which I drove 30 miles myself to daily from Fenwick Island, DE. Dr. Im is very, very kind & I personally have never heard a negative word about him. Dr. Im is a gift:-))

Dr. has a very poor attitude with co-workers. Demands service, insults their intelligence, in front our strangers or on the side. Raises a high priority concern for the most minuscule concerns, that he seems to be helpless with or cannot grasp the concept of the situation. Overall if you are looking for a professional and genuine person, seek assistance elsewhere.
