I have known Dr. Faulks since 2008. He was the most professional physician that I have ever known. He was always available and took time with me always. I miss him since he closed his office in 2011. I have not been able to replace him since he left.

This Dr. was very unprofessional. I think the only thing he was worried about was getting paid. His office changed 3 times in 6 months. At one point he did not have a current office and had me meet him in grocery store parking lots. As you know the medicine he prescribes is addictive. So once you start taking it, you have to have it. I waited in his offices many times for hours and hours (3-5) only to have to come back the next day. His payments increased on me twice from 125.00 up to 175.00. I finally found a proper Dr. and I learned I had been on the wrong medicine longterm (Subtex) instead of Subonoxe, I paid to much for visit, waited to long, meet him like he was a drug dealer, and was miss treated. Dont waste your time with this guy.

Dr. Faulks saved my life. He absolutely knows what he's doing. I cannot say enough wonderful things about him!

Dr Faulks has saved my life. I started seeing him 2 years ago and I have been drug free since that time. I have my family back and I work every day.
