I was scheduled to review test results with Dr. Bosch. It was an extremely stressful event. I arrived early and waited patiently. I was told Dr. Bosch had not arrived yet and so I continued waiting in the lobby. I saw Dr. Bosch arrive and figured it wouldn't be too much longer since it was now my scheduled time. A short time later I was called back and taken to a patient room where they shut the door. There I waited for over an hour. I did not see any other patients while I was there and the staff were all in the back for some sort of staff party taking place. I could hear the laughter and commotion from that going on a few doors down from my patient room, while I waited for my results. When Dr. Bosch finally arrived she asked what we were there for. As if she had no idea who I was or why I was even there. I told her I was there for my results, she reviewed my chart and abruptly said they came back negative and to call if I needed anything else. My actual time with her was less than 5-mins. The whole experience was just numbing and incredibly insensitive. I had been waiting for my results since completing my labs and ultrasound, it was a stressful time for me. Having to wait for over an hour in that little room, while a party was going on next door was awful. I would have rather just received my results and been sent off, instead of waiting as long as I did. I realize this may be the norm for a doctor, but for a patient it is a scary experience and one that deserves respect and compassion.

Waited 7 weeks for appointment. Then when I arrived was told I couldn't be seen because my paperwork was not filled out. Also told I was a 1/2 hour late. When I scheduled the appointment I was not told to arrive early or where to obtain paperwork to fill out. I am a very punctual person and always write down all instructions on my calendar. I left the office never to return. Very unprofessional and not compassionate

Dr Bosch is the most compassionate doctor I have ever seen. We have gone through two pregnancies with her and she was on the ball as far as taking extra steps for my baby's safety. She goes above and beyond when necessary and is honest and straightforward about test results. I wouldn't feel comfortable with anyone else. The only time I've had to wait for her longer than expected was when she was delivering a baby, but I'm willing to sacrifice knowing she would be there to deliver my baby too, instead of having anyone else on call deliver during her working hours.

Dr. Bosch mentioned she treated her patients as if they were her sisters or mother, but when having to explain a lab, she was short and insensitive. I will never go to her again.

Dr. Bosch is amazing and is always on top of what's going on, but it is very hard to get an appointment with her. Whats the point in having a practice if the patients never get to see the doctor?

Poor communicator, distant, disinterested. Slow follow-up with test results. When I asked, she said, "You are on our to-do list." Wow, that was comforting. I went for an ovarian cyst, and she was wishy-washy about what I should do. I felt she did not care, possibly because of my age. Fortunately, I found a doctor who could communicate, and the cyst was sucessfully removed. I would not return to her for any reason. Great staff members, but she is a disappointment. Very cold and uncaring.

I loved her physician's assistant Robin, she was amazing and so sweet. Kelleen on the other hand had would leave me and my husband waiting some times for an hour to 2 half hours. She was polite but didn't have very good bed side manners. She seemed to always be rushing us. However she did help with questions with a lot of information and suggestions that I may not of known of. She wasn't there to deliver my baby because she was in a C-section.She kept us waiting all day in the hospital to be released.

I began seeing the dr. at the recommendation of a friend four years ago. She was great until my first pregnancy. I felt rushed during my prenatal appointments with her. During labor, she showed up only to break my water and then returned several hours later for delivery, which ended in an ER c-section. She did a good job on the c-section. I had minimal pain and only have a faint scar. However, my aftercare with her was almost non-existent. She saw me in the hospital about 10 hours after performing the surgery, but I never saw her again for any of post partum appointments or the placement of the Mirena. Instead I had her NP Robyn Agnew (wonderful). Wish I had more aftercare from her. Had a feeling she knew my delivery was going to end in c-section because she kept talking about it, but then said I had to try "natural" anyway. Wanted a bit more care and compassion since this was my first pregnancy.

She is so caring and nice. I was in for a hysterectomy and she answered all my questions and was so informative. Have referred several friends to her after our doctor retired. They love her too. She did a great job on my surgery and I now feel great!!!!
