He is the only doctor that has ever put my children at ease. They dislike doctors (in part because of shots they have needed) but Dr. Nelson is so good-natured and great with children that they soon forget their fear and are smiling right along with him!

Started seeing Dr. Nelson in 2004 when we had our first child. Now we are on baby #3 and the entire family sees him. He is a warm hearted and kind person. He is wonderful with kids and answers all quesions respectfully and easy to understand.

My regular Doctor was called away when I was scheduled for a minor surgery.Dr Nelson filled in. This was about 5 years ago and I will never forget it.I have full confidence in this Doctor and recommend him. Highly qualified and pleasant to be around.....Ken Keeble

Dr. Nelson is our family doctor and we feel very comfortable with him. He has excellent bedside manner and always takes time to answer our questions with care and concern. We know when we see Dr. Nelson that we are getting the best care possible and we never walk out confused or rushed. I have and will continue to recommend Dr. Nelson to any of my friends and family.
