Falls flat in educating patient. I'm mad because I recognize knowledge is everything in understanding the condition. This guy just keeps silent and waits the clock out. The only advice I ever got was to use a Neti pot. He is a top researcher/pulmonologist in Antitrypsin deficiencies. There are alarming issues to the newly diagnosed showing symptons that may not even be textbook. This guy must be the naysayer of the international community to other physicians dealing with new complications traced to Alpha 1. I asked, one visit, for a name of a pulmonologist closer to me (5 + hour yearly drive to this Dr.) nada..nothing...next year ask for a connective tissue physician saavy w/ Alpha 1. nothing...nada. How does the expression go? Fool me once/shame on you...Fool me twice, shame on me.
