I was referred to Dr greenberg from my primary care Dr for migraines. Dr Greenberg suggested I do the botox injections for migraines. WORSE MISTAKE I"VBBEAVERMADE!!! He did the injections over a month ago and I am in worse pain than I was before injections. Severe pain in my neck, muscle weakness and stiffness. Can't hold my head up and in now having to wear a neck brace. He never once mentioned any of these side effects!! I've called his office in tears several times and spoke with Sandra the head nurse and all they keep saying is that it will wear off in 7 to 14 days. Well its been a month now and still in pain!! Then saw nurse practitioner who acted like there was nothing that they could do!!! Finding a more competent doctor!!!!

I was referred to Dr. Greenberg and found out unexpectedly that I had MS. When I arrived for my appt the faculty was clean and nice. The front desk staff we're friendly but appeared to be new or inexperienced. I did not wait long and after only about a 5 min wait was called back by his nursing assistant Rhonda. I was immediately impressed by her friendliness. She complimented me and was very pleasant explaining the process of my visit step by step. She was very thorough with my history and I actually felt she listened. By the time she left I had great feelings about my visit. Then the doctor came in he seemed very knowledgeable and educated. He also seemed rushed and impatient which was a little disappointing. He stepped out to review my mri and a few minutes later I am being abruptly told I have Multiple Sclerosis. A smoother delivery would have been appreciated. Since then I haven't even seen him, but a nurse practitioner. (Sadly not the nurse again) Overallcare is good - not great

I was Seen by Dr Greenberg for MS. His manner is rude and he refused to let me speak or ask questions. He let the exacerbation continue without treatment! He clearly cares very little and knows very little about MS. His medical records were incorrect and it was a fight to get them corrected. He wanted to treat me for migraines and epilepsy instead of MS! I too am now going back to neurologists in NY where neurologist know how to treat MS, know how to treat patients and are able to correctly read diagnostics and properly maintain medical records. He and Savannah Neurology are the worst doctors and staff I have ever encountered.

I'm sure he's very knowledgeable. Too bad he refuses to see patients who request to see him after being told by others that he's a much more competent doctor than the unhelpful doctor they were assigned in the practice.

I WOULD LIKE TO SAY THAT DR GREENBERG IS THE BEST DOCTOR I HAVE EVER HAD THE PLEASURE OF KNOWING AND FEEL THAT HE IS CARING AND SINCERE. I WOULD ALSO LIKE TO SAY THAT NORMALLY HE SEES ME WITHIN 30 MINUTES OF MY APPOINTMENT TIME. I HAVE HAD GREAT RESPECT FOR HIS STAFF UNTIL RECENTLY. I CALLED AND LEFT SEVERAL MESSAGES FOR A NURSE TO CALL ME BACK. THIS WENT ON FOR 2 DAYS. FINALLY, A NURSE CALLED ME BACK AT APPROXIMATELY 5:30P.M. ON FRIDAY AFTERNOON. IT WAS REGARDING A PRIOR APPROVAL REQUEST FOR MY MEDICATION FOR CHRONIC MIGRAINES. I WAS TOTALLY OUT OF MEDICATION AND COULD NOT GET IT FILLED UNTIL SEPTEMBER UNLESS BC/BS APPROVED THE PRIOR AUTHORIZATION. THE DOCTOR IS THE ONLY ONE THAT CAN GET THIS DONE, NOT ME, AND NOT THE PHARMACIST. I AM TOLD BY BC/BS THAT IT ONLY TAKES A CALL FROM THE DOCTOR'S OFFICE.

I was diagnosed with MS in February 08 and have nothing but the best to say about Dr. Greeberg. He is always very attentive and knowledgeable. His quiet demeanor may be taken for apathy by someone as the lady from NY stated in an earlier letter but hard to fathom because he is very soft spoken, smiling and listens and responds to every concern. I have nothing to gain by writing this letter and most likely Dr. Greenberg will never read it or know of it. This effort is merely for those who are in need of a very good neurologist who will do his best to accomodate you. I had 3 MRI'S, an ECG, an EKG, and a lumbar puncture (spinal tap--no it doesn't hurt)to determine my sysmptoms were indeed Multiple Sclerosis. Dr. Greenberg has given me medicine for my MS as well as the fatigue symptoms that come with it and it has helped greatly. Anyway, so far I have had no complaints. His staff and his nurse Sandra are very pleasant. Good luck to those of you seeking a good neuroligist.

I was diag. w/ M.S. by Dr. Greenberg when I was 20 years old. He had NO bedside manner and a very apathetic att. towards M.S. I was told that there was no rush to treat my situation. Another doctor told me to go to NYC as soon as possible and see a Neurologist there. The Neurologist in New York was grossed out by this situation in Savannah. No one in Dr. Greenberg's office had a clue how to find my records. To do this day, I have gone by MRIs taken in New York, because the intial MRI and spinal tap/lumbar puncture do not exist or were misplaced.
