Not only did we not have to wait long when we took my neice to see her for a severe sunburn, but She answered all of our questions. She also Found an underlying issue with her thather previous dr had not found. helpful, cutreous and wonderful

We took our 7 year-old to New Castle Pediatrics with a high fever and extensive rash. Dr. Allen was the doctor assigned to us by the practice (we had not seen her before). Dr. Allen never introduced herself and barely looked at us. We explained the medical history and our suspicion that our daughter had scarlet fever from Strep. Dr. Allen performed an exam on our daughter and told us we should admit her to the hospital overnight, in case she might have pneumonia. When we asked if there were any signs of pneumonia, Dr. Allen said, "No, but it could develop any time." We asked for a strep test, but Dr. Allen did not want to perform it because it was near the end of the day. At our insistence, the strep test was performed. The result was positive and we went home with a prescription for Amoxicillin. My husband said, "What was that?? Does she really have an MD?"
