Went to her for my thyroid, and found her to be very reasonable and helpful. She uses the medication that works best for me, Armour thyroid. Also her nurse practitioner was kind, thorough, and knowledgeable, and respectful, too. I would highly recommend Dr. Merritt and have no problem with her staff.

Staff is very hard to reach, & when you do finally get through, they arent very helpful. Phone is never answered by a human being. Sad, because Dr Merritt is an excelkent doc. But for me, after many years, it just wasnt worth dealing w/her staff. Sad adios.

This lady absolutely is horrible. She will string you out on drugs then abandon you to die. I urge you to stay away unless you want to experience absolute pain and despair.

Dr. Merritt listened to every complaint and tested for everything. Good diagnostic tools and balanced medical/holistic approach; which I was looking for.

Staff and phone receptionist are rude. Never saw the doctor, only a practitioner. The office manager sided with the staff and was no help. Not recommended.

Dr. Merritt is very accepting of patients taking initiative in research for their own care. She is supportive of alternative medicines/supplements/vitamins. She will prescribe ArmourThyroid which many doctors will not do. She listens well and you feel like you are a partner in your own care.
