Dr. Ganem did not follow up my condition post-op for a surgical procedure that involved a kidney catheter.. I had a severe reaction to the surgical tape and called his office for three days with no one answering the phone .I finally went to the ER for treatment and antibiotics. The attending physician expressed shock at the severity of my rash.
I am deeply disappointed in my care and treatment from Dr. Ganem and his staff.

Dr Ganem: a superb clinician, highly skilled surgeon; listens very well, is personable, shows empathy & never makes one feel rushed. All procedures done with minimal discomfort to patient. The office is well run with prompt replies.

So kind and so very thorough. I have tremendous allergies and before my surgery he took great care to be sure I didn't have a reaction to allergies known and even those unknown to keep me safe. Love him!
