Dr. Steinberg is the very WORST doctor I have ever had the misfortune of seeing. I waited over an hour past my appointment time to be called and then, after my appointment with her, truly wished I had just walked out. She was unfriendly, unkempt and just plain horrible. She glossed over the problems I told her I was experiencing and just seemed bored. She then decided to start speaking to me about my skin, which had absolutely nothing to do with the reason I was there. As I had no interest in whatever she was trying to sell me I tried to redirect the conversation back to the issue. She cut me off and handed me 3 scripts with barely having giving me a precusory exam. I was there for a sinus infection! Due to my experience with her I have left the practice, American MedWell, altogether.

Dr. Steinberg is a very professional and caring doctor. She is very knowledgeable and always helpful. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a doctor in the Cortland and surrounding area.
