I was surprised that someone found Dr. Kraft to be anything but professional and caring. He took a great deal of time with me and my son. We are just starting my son's treatment, should have come up to see him when the concussion happened instead of waiting for him to heal. Doc gets high marks from us.

In all my dealings with doctors, I have never met such an un-empathetic doctor (I'd go so far as to say arrogant). He was uninterested in my son's sporting schedule which included a state championship match. To me , he seemed more interested in billings and was unable to resolve his issues. One trip to another doctor identified 3 issues rather than just 1. Within a week, my son became pain-free after over 3 months of pain treatment with Dr. Kraft, I personally went with my son and was so struck by his repeated comments "I dont know" and "I cant say". When I complained to him, he said he would "try harder". Most unprofessional doctor I have ever met. I could not in good conscience recommend anyone to this doctor...

He was patient with my child as he had a sports related injury. He was courteous and was helpful with treatment and his follow up was outstanding. He even took time to visit a sporting event to watch my son's game. I would highly recommend
