When my family member first started going to Dr Rougraff, we really liked him. After a while, he appeared to become 'dis-associated' with the case and gave very little of his time or information. He decided to amputate a limb of my loved one 'to save his life', without consulting with the general oncologist about the procedure or overall plan for cancer care and treatment. After multiple surgeries following the amputation for the return of cancer in this area, my loved one is now in Hospice with hours to days to live.
This doctor does not seem to care for his patients as much as he did a few years back. I wouldn't recommend him.

Dr. Rougraff explains nothing at all and cannot WAIT to get out of the exam room, despite the fact that his nurse told me upon for arrival at my last appointment that they were not busy at all that morning. At my last visit, he called my X-ray of his handiwork "wacky," a very professional term. This is my life and my pain, and some dialog would be appreciated. If you are stuck with him because you go in thru the urgent care area, as I did, be sure to ask for another doctor.

He is an amazing doctor. I was referred to him after an unsuccessful surgery. He treated me for a rare bone disorder & it is his surgical treatment for the condition that worked! His personal staff is friendly & he is easy to talk to & listens well. Would recommend him to my best friend... and anyone else!

My daughter had a childhood bone cancer, ewing's sarcoma. Oncologist thought we'd have to amputate and not sure of survival. Dr. Rougraff operated and saved her leg and was the only one who was encouraging about her survival. We call him our miracle doctor 12 years later she is still a survivor and we still followup with this doctor.
