Very disatisfied customer--Office staff extremely incompetent: They don't know how to bill the insurance, they send out bills that are about 2 or more years old and expect you to pay, staff are very unprofessional, each time I go in for blood work I'm in there for about 2-3 hours even for other check ups, office space extremely small it gets overcrowded, staff never fax, email, or call when they say they will, instead you have continue to call them before they do their job, it gets to the point where you feel like your doing their jobs. Dr herself makes you feel rushed like she overbooked that day. Needless to say I'm looking for a new dr.

Haven't had a bad experience with Dr. Naghavi herself and I believe that's the only reason I haven't left. THE STAFF IS RUDE AND DOSEN'T SEEM TO KNOWLEDGEABLE! I DO BELIEVE I WILL BE SWITCHING DOCTOR'S REAL SOON! I HAD MY PHARMACY CALL FOR A REFILL FOR MY PRESCRIPTION AND THE NURSE CALLED BACK AND TOLD MY PHARMACY THAT I DON'T KEEP MY APPOINTMENTS. EVEN IF THAT WAS TRUE, IT WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL TO TELL THEM THAT! I WAS SENT TO A SPECIALIST AND THE RESULTS WERE GIVEN TO THE DOCTOR'S OFFICE THE INSTANT THAT THE RESULTS WERE IN AND ON MY NEXT VISIT THE NURSE TRIED TO SEND ME BACK FOR THE SAME TEST. I HAD TO INFORM HER THAT IT WAS ALREADY DONE AND RESOLVED! THESE ARE JUST SOME OF THE MISTAKES I HAVE ENCOUNTER WITH THE STAFF....THEY ALL NEED TO BE FIRED!

as for the doctor shes great and her staff is common. maybe EVERONE THATS COMPLAINING SHOULDNT COME IN BEING LOUD JUST SAYNG MY VISIT THERE WAS GREAT AND NO COMPLAINTS!

RUDEST STAFF ON THE PLANET!The doctor is fair, but really quick to refer you to other doctors. The wait time in the office is unbelievably long. I've waited for 2-3.5 hours on each visit. They obviously overbook, which causes the problem. One time, my daughter had and ear infection and was in absolute pain. We waited for 2 hours, then got into the room, then waited another hour. Before she could even be seen, the electricity went so they said the office was closed. I was so mad. I asked if the doctor could just look into her ear and prescribe the antibiotics, as they had already collected my $25 copay. They wouldn't hear of it. We ended up having to return the next day.

This doctor is not very good at discussing with the patient their concerns. Her staff are even worse in the fact that they will outright lie about information or comments made, they never answer, and they will hang up on you when talking to them. They are absolutely rude and disrespectful.

I have to agree with all the NEGATIVE responses posted regarding Dr.Naghavi esp. her very RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF!I'm VERY UPSET with THE QUALITY OF CARE THAT I've received!On My first visit,I wasn't sure what to epect. My wait time was for 2HOURS, I figured this was normal due to the fact that I was a new patient. Second time around, I waited for 1hr and 30min., it became repetitive! I finally switched both myself and my son to another PCP provider. Dr. Naghavi is a "nice" doctor, but she needs to work on her "bed-side manners", she DEFFINETLY NEEDS A NEW STAFF!THEY ARE ALL RUDE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!BE PREPARED TO BE QUICKLY PUSHED WITH MEDICATION!IT'S UNFORTUNATE THAT DR. AND HER STAFF ARE THE WAY THEY ARE! I AM GOING INTO THE MEDICAL FIELD AND I BELIEVE THAT YOU NEED TO HAVE "HEART" ESP. IN THE HEALTH CARE PROFESSION! The first time I visited Dr. Naghavi, I was given referrals to specialists. She later sent me for a CT scan and never told me the results. When I made a follow-up visit to ask her myself, she had no clue I had even gone for the scan. She had blood drawn and never told me the results. The blood people did give me a card with a number to call and get the results myself, but it didn't work. I couldn't get anyone to return my phone calls. As far as the atmosphere at the office goes, the staff seems nice enough, but extremely disorganized and I felt as though I was in an inner-city walk-in clinic. Visit for yourself and you'll see what I mean. I called several times to ask a question, left many messages, and never received a single return phone call.

Loved her!. Wait time was a little long the first time I went, but I was also a little late. Dr. came in and was very upfront about everything, had to undress to do a well woman and she came right back, not like other drs who act like undressing takes half an hr+. Dr. Naghavi was very professional and I'm changing the whole family to her!

Dr. Naghavi is very helpful doctor. Her office is very busy and she has always has patients outside in the waiting room (Which is a good sign). If I had children I would let her take care of my children. Their lab results system takes a long time to update I believe they can change that process to make it a little more effective. So far I do not have anything negative to say anything about Dr. Naghavi and her practice.

Went to this dr for a well woman, they billed an office visit, well woman visit, and an emergency visit stating that I came in the same day I made the appointment. Their billing department is unorganized and useless. Very unhelpful and rude. They are billing me for a copay I don't owe because they are billing FRAUDULENTLY. I am filing a fraud claim against her through BCBS legal department and through the Texas Medical Board. Don't go see this Dr. She will fraudulently bill your insurance company.
