This was by far the worst doctor’s visit I have ever experienced. I saw Dr. Kadanoff at her Oakbrook Terrace location. The first thing she did when she walked in the room was scold me in a raised voice, saying that I needed to tell my doctor to stop referring patients to her. She basically had a temper tantrum the entire time. Asked me questions I already answered to her medical assistant minutes before. I was in tears. She was impatient and beyond rude -- I'd even say cruel -- to someone who is in chronic pain. She threw up her hands and barked questions at me and scoffed at my answers, like what other doctors had told me previously was ridiculous. It was belittling and humiliating. Thank goodness for the medical assistant who came back to check on me after Dr. Kadanoff stormed out of the room in a huff. At one point, Dr. Kadanoff told me that I had "wasted my time with another doctor" who couldn't give me answers. I couldn't have said it better myself. I'd like my co-pay back.

Our second visit was a horrible experience.Be aware she does not read other Drs reports even though my son is very sick and 6 other DRS explained to her in there reorts my son needs to be put on special meds (only a rheumatologist can perscribe) she would not listen to anything they had to say. She was so loud and started throwing things that the nurse came in and could not calm her down. This is one DR everyone needs to stay away from.

She was excellent at my first visit but rude and distracted during my second visit. She also left the door open during my appointment, which I felt was an invasion of my privacy. I was shocked at the difference between the first and second visit.

Doctor is very rude and rushes you through appointment. Rheumatology is a very specialized aspect of medicine and there are very few rheumatologists leading to long waits for appointments. This is not the kind of doctor you want to wait to see only to be rushed and treated in a condescending manner.
