I was referred by my Dr to Dr Meador. I had been to the er 3 times over numbness and pain and tingling in my legs and feet. She was the rudest Dr I have ever met. She was ask me a question and when I went to answer, she would cut me off before I even got a chance to answer. I don't know what she was thinking but I can only guess she thought I was only there for pain medicine. I was already prescribed pain medicine but it was not helping my pain at all. She tested my reflexes in my legs and I had none. She decided to send be for a nerve test. I had been off work for 2 weeks and only had 3 sick days left. I asked her how long it would be before I could have that done. She didn't know. I told her I needed a note or something to give to my work. She said that was not her problem and that was between me and my job. I told her that I was in danger of losing my job and she didn't care. I immediately left and went to see another pain management Dr because I couldn't believe how rude and unprofessional this woman was. The other pain Dr was very professional and actually seemed to care. I would not recommend Dr Meador to anyone. She was the worst Dr I have ever seen. Side note. I went to UAMS about 4 days later and spent 8 days in the hospital and was diagnosed with Guillain-Barre Syndrome. The faster you get treatment for it the better chance you have to make a full recovery and not end up paralyzed. Stay away from Dr Meador

I went to Dr Meadors after seeing a few Pain docs over the years . I have scoliosis and rods in my upper spine and I am not fused in my lumbar curve . This is where my chronic pain makes my life unbearable .. The only thing she was interested in was the fact I went to a doc and got forty hydrocodone to get me by till i could get into a new pain doctor . She had me stand up in front of her and determined my scoliosis was almost straight . Never looking at my XRay which shows I have thirty and forty degree curves in my thoracic spine . And that is with Harrington rods since 1984. I have also had two Cspine surgeries for ruptured discs in my neck two years apart . She had me pegged as a drug seeker from the get go . As I am in constant pain , from doing hair for over twenty years , perhaps she was correct. I would do anything to ease the pain and sciatica in my left leg. She determined that she would would do this nerve thng , a test she called it , to see if it would help my pain . She said she would give me a Xanax to ease the anxiety as I have severe lumbar pain as my vertebra are collapsing in my low spine . They have taken all the work over the years since my Harrington rod surgery . The nurse gave me the Xanax and then , before I could even swallow it , she ordered me face down on the exam table . I have been through a lot of pain since I was fifteen and going through back surgery .. Had a baby with no epidural, etc. well, she was like a demon possessed in that she seemed to take pleasure in the agonizing pain she was inflicting in my most sensitive area. She stabbed me about twenty times with these needles , as I was bawling on the table. And I do not cry in front of people . Even the nurses seemed shocked at the vigor and enjoyment she seemed to get from causing me this never ending agony. She could have waited twenty min for the Xanax to take effect, at the least . One nurse was kind enough to wipe my tears and try to comfort me . Needless to say , I hate that woman and I pray she has a lumbar injury that causes the pain she put me through . Just trying to seek some relief . I had great insurance . I should have reported her to the Medical board , but I was so emotional from that nightmare I couldn't get out of there fast enough đź‘ż I have found a truly caring pain doctor in Ahmed Ghaleb. He sedated me during the process that the butcher put me through , and he actually believes that I have severe pain. You would have to be blind not to see my MRIs . Even a great neurosurgeon in Little rock told me there was no other help for me , except pain management , but to my twelve inch long rods and fusion .. Also fused in my Cspine ..

Dr Meador and her staff have all been awesome for me. I have had chronic pain from degenerative disc disease and bulged discs since my early teens with migraines daily and tingling hands and feet. Dr Meador has brought my migraines and tingling pain down to almost zero. I am extremely grateful to have found her

My husband n I have been using Dr Meadors for years and have gotten good relief from her. Occasionally a treatment may not work as well as it had it had before, but that is the nature of chronic pain. I have found her staff to be exceptionally kind and compassionate, as well as Dr. Meadors. I also love her sense of humor and interest in me personally. In addition, I'm bipolar and when having a tough time, they give me extra time, care and tenderness. I highly recommend them all.

I felt like Dr. Meador was just trying to "sell" continuing trigger point injections rather than find a medication that might give me some pain relief. She would not even talk about any prescription meds - only wanting to do trigger point injections of lidocaine. Did not even address my particular pain origins. Told me to stop taking everything - and be happy!

Worst Doctor I have ever been to. She completely ignored me and my needs, instead of admitting that she couldn’t figure out what the problem was, she accused me of lying to her to get pain medication. The dumb thing was, in the months I saw her, I never once got pain medication from her. I told her NOT to give me any because I didn’t want to get addicted like a friend of mine. She then wrote to my regular doctor, back surgeon, and physical therapist, and said that lying to get pain meds from her. It took years to convince my doctors she was wrong and there really was something wrong. It turned out I had arachnoiditis, something she could have tested for. Yet, I went threw 5 years of pain, and even mild incontinent, without any treatment, including pain medications (I refusing to accept it even when offered) or any treatment, just to prove I wasn’t doing what she said. All this because she was too arrogant to admit that she didn’t know what to do.

Staff was not friendly. MD was rude and had no compassion. I have had several encounters with physicians recently. She was by far, the rudest with poor bedside manner. I do think she is knowledgeable, but as a healthcare consumer and someone who has worked in the industry... I will not return to her. There are still physicians that do not just look at you as a "number" but a real live patient with feelings. She also made a referral to another physician that her staff did not take care of... This is unacceptable to me.
