I saw Dr. Baisden for a second opinion; I was impressed. She said surgery was warranted and I should have repeat testing of carpal tunnel status and schedule another review after completion. My neurologist felt further carpal testing was unnecessary procedure considering the progressive nature of my cervical situation.
My second visit with Dr. Baisden was like Jekyll and Hyde. She voiced her displeasure in my neurologist’s decision and stated surgery for my condition only had a 30% success rate ‘Do you have any other questions’. I left feeling as if I’d been slapped and relief of my pain limited mobility was a hopeless notion on my part.
It has come to my attention that her behavior was not a one time occurrence.

went to Dr. Baisden for a second opinion on a spinal fusion and decided to schedule the surgery with her. Feeling confident that she will get the job done right.

She's the best doctor I've ever had especially for a serious injury if I ever needed to have another surgery that was in her in her speciality, but I hope I don't. If anybody needed this kind of doctor go to her , she's the best.

Doctor Baisden did an amazing job - she is very strict with her post op instructions & won't back down... But doesn't that make her a great surgeon ? I wouldn't trust anyone else.... She rocks!

Dr. Baisden is a very knowable, understanding Neurosurgeon. She performed my back surgery and I'm very happy with the outcome. She is very honest and takes the time with her patients.
I highly recommend her to family and friends. I'm so glad I was recommended to her. I'm so grateful for her.

Saw Dr. Baisden for a second opinion.. She spent over an hour reviewing my MRI and CT, and explaining why surgery is the best option for my issue. She answered all of my questions in full. It was a great experience.

Flawless! I was in a snowmobile accident and she spent 17 straight hours personally removing bone fragments from my back. In follow up she explained everything more than once when the medication prevented me from retaining the details. She is definitely a type A neurosurgeon! And I wouldn't have it any other way.

After a snowmobile accident, I was life-flighted to Froedtert Hospital where Dr. Baisden did a craniotomy due to a subdural hematoma and brain shift. She saved my life.....what more can I say. She is a gifted, talented surgeon and I thank God she was on call the night of my accident. Thank you many times over. I only saw her again one time in follow up to the surgery. She was very pleasant, answered all of my questions and was genuinely pleased with my progress and (I believe) her expertise. Again, had it not been for Dr. Baisden's expertise, I would not be alive today.
